Firstly what version of TN2 are you using? If you are using 2.4.36 then please go to the setup tab > disable I want beta updates there is an issue when creating new filters in this version i have notified the developers about this so it should be a quick fix.

In the mean time please uninstall TN2 and reinstall this version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...a_V2_Setup.exe

Then Follow the FAQ here - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...nsei+%28TN2%29

If you are running .uk client it might be possible that we don't recognized it in which case do the following:

Go to c:\program files (x86)\Pokerstars
and rename the following
Uninstall Pokerstars
to
Uninstall Pokerstars.uk

Let me know if you still have problems.

I just sent this message along with my logs to your support. I've just about reached the end of my patience with TN2 and would like some guarantees that it will become functional and preferably to not be charged my subscription fee until the program starts to work reliably:

When Pokerstars7 came out the default betting worked about half the time, which I thought was unacceptable given I was paying a monthly subscription for a program to do exactly that. For that reason when your payment process managed to stop taking my credit card subscription (along with several other people's) completely out of the blue and I was asked to take out a new one I decided not to so that I could wait a couple of months for you to work on the issues. Now I have decided to try the program again and not only is everything not resolved, it has gone from half functional to not working at all with the default betting and I decided to end my first session with the program after 5 minutes to write this.

I think it is absolutely ridiculous that you removed a product that worked perfectly fine to replace it with one that has never worked completely even months later while charging your customers a premium to downgrade the quality of product you offer. If these issues are not resolved very soon I plan on abandoning TN2 as I resent being asked to waste my money on a product that simply doesn't work.

Please try to post to just one of our support tools otherwise this might result in duplicate replies and also a delay in getting a reply, I have replied to your email there was an error in the log file which was ERROR - Could not find PS user.ini at C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Pokerstars.fr\user.in i

This is why you are having problems, this basically means TN2 does not recognize the type of PS (.eu, .com, etc) your software is, which leads to lots of problems, crashes, etc.

Possible problems:
. you have PS installed at a non-standard location
2. you're using ',' as your decimal separator ("2,500" means two and a half)
3. you've installed PS long long time ago (not sure?), maybe reinstalled over the old .com version?

Solutions:
. I have uninstalled and re-installed PS, but it TN2 recognizes everything correctly.
2. This should not be an issue, we've tested this quite a lot, and it should work correctly
3. This might actually be the problem you're experiencing. Please go to :
C:\Poker\PokerStars, and see if you have something like: "Uninstall PokerStars.<client_type>.lnk", for instance "Uninstall PokerStars.eu.lnk"
If you installed PS over an older (.com maybe?) version of PS, I might find something like "Uninstall Pokerstars.lnk", and this can lead me to think you have a .com client - which you clearly don't, and while I try to look for the settings, I cannot find them.

Additional Notes:
It's very hard to realize which PS client you're running - note that each PS client keeps its setting somewhere like "C:\Users\john\AppData\Local\PokerStars.<clien t>" - linking the two together is not an easy task.
Here's what we do now: I find the type of the PS client, by reading the "Uninstall..." name (the last 2 letters).
Therefore, if you have an extra "Uninstall PokerStars.lnk" in there, this will probably mess up with TN2's recognizing the correct PS client.

Please reply to our email and let us know if you have resolved the issue or not.

My TN2 expired yesterday and I tried to extend it today using your site, but I receive the following message: "You are only able to purchase one product code per user account for all of our products. You previously purchased this product. Please check your my account section for details or contact sales@holdemmanager.com for special consideration or if you wish to become a reseller."
Account name = dajackal

It's true that initially I had the same 1 year offer but I want to extend it not buy a new one.

In my case the sales department said to sent a mail in the day that my subscription expires so they can't resert it and I could extend it cause there's a problem in extend subscriptions. Seems everybody is getting a link to upgrade instead the 75$ version that are using. We only can renew the 75$ if we sent an email so they can resert the previous subscription!
Sent the e-mail today, cause it ends today and didn't get any answer, my question is: I am going to work this weekend without TN2?
I know lots of people are renewing their license in this period of the year, didn't you think in this situation? Shouldn't be an easier way than this to renew no?

I bought the new license or renewed TN2 by the cost of $75, but Its keeping saying the same message that I have to renew it. Where do I put the new code? Or should I uninstall and install it again? Would be an extra work to define all configurations again... Thanks in advance.

Hi,

If you have the new code you can go to the setup tab > beta/config > update license then restart TN2.

If you can't get into TN2 at all then please PM me your email address and i will see what the conflict is.

Hi,

Need some advice here.
I've set a filter to raise to 2x on bb levels above 100 so I set the filter to bb>=100
I want to raise to 2.5x on sb, so i've enabled positional betting.
I'm playing on stars and its for full ring tourneys, so I should put something like itstournament && bb>=100? Can I have this 2 filters for the same blind level? Or what I should do to set the sb to raise 2.5x from this level?

Also, can u explain the other option that the filter has like pot has been raised? How the filter is going to work if checked?

Hi,

You don't need to put is tournament, You can simply click on the filter icon, setup the filter then, For the "When should this bet be entered" you should write bb>=100 then click on Positional betting and click on SB and click save.

This means that when the bb is >=100 unless you are in the small blind then we will use the 2x filter and when you are in the SB we will use the 2.5x filter.

No you don't need to have HM2 open, The way this works is When the Hotkey is clicked it will save the current hand to the following location C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\TableNinja.v2\Ha ndHistory
