I'm guessing something went wrong when you overwrote the files. First copy/paste your backup folder to your desktop to keep a copy separate. Then also paste it back in C:/Program Files/PokerStars to try reverting again. Make sure to allow all of the copy and replace request windows.

If this doesn't solve it remove/re-install Stars from a fresh download. Then try copy/pasting the backup folder from your desktop over the new Stars install.

Its possible an email got lost in the system. I apologize for the delay. If you'll either email support@alxsoftware.com or PM me with the email address attached to your account I'll be happy to resend your code.

I did all that and tried again and still doesn't work. Still getting the low system resources message. Is there anything else I can do? I really cant uninstall pokerstars because I dont want to lose my notes.

Ever since the new update tableninja wont recognize my per-determined betsizes (post/pre). Hotkeys and annoynces work fine though. Really big issue for me, anyone else experience this problem? How can I fix it?

Sure thing. I was just hoping for this to happen shortly within my tonights pokersession so I can change versions by then without having to restart TN all night. The new features on the newest PS-client are pretty fancy after all..

I've had a few other reports like this but am not yet sure of the cause. Are you playing cap games? Does this happen when you load a non-cap game?

The recent Stars update caused several problems including this one. You can solve the problem immediatly by reverting Stars to the previous version.

To revert PokerStars go to your stars install directory and open the "backup folder. By default this is in "C:\Program Files\Pokerstars\backup". Not everyone will have a backup directory, but if it exists you can revert to the previous version of Pokerstars until we release an update to TableNinja. Copy the files from the backup directory into the C:\Program Files\Pokerstars directory and then run the Pokerstars.exe directly from your PokerStars install directory (DO NOT USE YOUR DESKTOP SHORTCUT). This will allow you to temporarily run the old version of Stars.

there should be more files in that. not sure why you don't have it. Worth sending an email to stars about it. will be of use next time you need to revert back to a previous version.

I believe you can load the notes files once you reinstall. But again, please do confirm with stars support on how to.

I reinstalled pokerstars and now the backup folder is completely empty. Any suggestions? I really need to be able to use TN asap.
