Me and a friend have the same problem, but it doesn't happen all the time and the bet size gets automatically fixed if I click on a different table and the back on the table in question. And I read on forums other users have the same problem, so could you please fix it?

^^ I agree and so do a few friends that we have to click away from the table back to the target table every now and then to have the bet sizes in the bet box update for this table

my problem with TN2 is that custom bet appear only when I pass the mouse on the table, instead in TN1 they were here immediately, so with TN2 I made a lot of missclick...there are any setting which I can edit for solve this?

srsly guys, i understand that you wanted to make more money with that subscription thingy, but you should have just continued to sell tn1 on that plan for new customers. No development costs, pure profits.
And now you are with a new product that is worse than old product... i havent heard one positive opinion about tn2 from any tn1 user. People switch to other scripts including free scripts over your 'next generation of effortless multitabling'.
I think your next generation might be so next level that it made full circle and landed pre tn1.

I was considering upgrading from TN1 to TN2 because, as you state on your site, "The Next Generation of Effortless Multi-tabling has Arrived". This sounds quite promising and exciting as a player looking for the latest technological help to play their A-game. However I thought I'd ask around first to see if anybody I knew had used TN2. It turned out quite a few people I knew had used it, but every single one of them, without fail, told me that TN2 was absolutely terrible and that they much preferred using TN1. I thought I'd come in here and put this to you and see if I can get a perspective from the people responsible as I would assume that you could easily refute such claims and explain to us exactly why we should be using TN2 over TN1 and, why you decided to launch an upgrade that most people think is actually a downgrade.

I look forward to your reply, as I'm sure a lot of other TN users do (and hope you don't just get this post deleted to save yourselves the hassle of having to reply).

I am sorry you feel this way, Is there anything specific in TN2 that is causing problems for you that we can assist in resolving. Or any features that were in TN1 that are not available in TN2.

For the most part the feedback we have being getting has being positive from customers that I have being dealing with on a daily basis.

I realize that this product isn't for everyone and some people just need basic scripts that are out there, but please note that we are continuing to Improve TN2 and work with customers in getting any issues resolved as quickly as possible.

It seems you have table under the mouse enabled, If this is the case for Preset bets to appear right away choose Table In foreground would this be enough?

TN2. I stack tables. Only 1 stack made in TN.

Then i have created 2 slots with placemints.

Then i start to reg to games. Lets say i have 4 tables up. I have moved one table to one of my slots (made with placemint). Then when i register to another game and it pops into my stack, the table in the slot also move back into the stack.

How do i prevent this?

This should not be happening unless you clicked the hotkey to send it back to the original stack.

1) What version of TN2 are you using?
2) What site is this happening on?
3) Are you manually registering for tournaments?
4) If you are playing on PS is this with SNG sensei registering you?

Please try reproducing with Sharkystrator closed and manually registering to a tournament and see if the same issue occurs, I can't reproduce which is why i am asking you to do this.

If you can't reproduce with Sharkystrator closed please send us the log file and we will investigate.

Go to the setup tab in TN2 > click on send logs to Table Ninja

Once you do this it will create a zipped file with all the settings/logs, Please note the location the files are being saved to.

Once you do this attach the zipped file to an email and send it to us so we can review it for any errors.

ok, its working when sharkystrator is closed. So somehow it conflicts with sharky open...

do you need the zipfiles for when sharky is closed also?

Having spoken to a lot of people and receiving the unanimous feedback that TN2 is far inferior to TN1, I would like to buy a key for TN1. Can you accomodate this for me?
I've spent 2 days trying to setup TN2 and it is still doing a lot of strange and undesirable things. I am beyond frustrated. Maybe if someone could do a long session with me and get rid of these errors, and then demonstrate beyond reasonable doubt that it is working how I want it to, then I might consider buying TN2. But I would much rather just pay for TN1 which has good recomendations. I don't even need that much from the software, just cycling tables and easy-stacking and a few other small things. Even SNG sensei isnt essential for me.
