I cant have a default preflop raise set or bet the pot because my table ninja says "dont cover this" and has a red box around the pot amount. nothing is covering it though. it says to make sure the heads up display or anything isnt covering the pot but there is nothing there.

please someone tell me how to fix this?

I'm having trouble with the Sit-n-Go opener. It's not saving my searches. When I click save it turns off the sit n go filter on stars. This just started today after the update. I've already tried reinstalling and still nothing. Any suggestions?

This likely means your using a custom hyper-simple based theme which hasn't been updated with the new location of the pot box since the Stars update. You'll need to contact whoever made the theme for updates. In the meantime there should be no problems with classic or the standard hyper-simple provided you have updated Stars to the newest version.



So far this has happened when you have the old version of PokerStars and the new version of TableNinja. Go to PokerStars>Help>About PokerStars and make sure the version number listed is 3.840. If not make sure to run the update utility. You can find it in C:/Program Files/PokerStars. The file is marked "PokerStarsUpdate.exe".

Hey. Last night I was having an issue where sng sensei kept telling me I needed to be in the sng tab/lobby and I already was. I manually loaded my set and im pretty sure it was autoclicking the autocheck box on the screen for me. When the mouse moved to the table it was right on top of where that box would be fwiw.

Same thing going on today so I uninstalled and redled. I got the message you quoted in post 4846. I dled an older version and am still getting the same message. Help plz.

I use scroll wheel to increase and decrease my bet sizes. Since the latest update scrolling down randomly increases my bet instead of decreasing it and scrolling up sometimes decreases my bets. This happens quite often and it's really annoying.

Any idea what is causing this?

since update when i post my first bb instead of clicking autopost blinds for me it clicks sit out next hand..

me too. have been away for a few days so haven't posted logs or whatever, but it's still doing it.

my TN is starting to randomly stop working. if i close and reopen it works fine but this happens about every 200 hands and doing this while 24 tabling is very tilting. i'm updated to newest TN and Stars. what can i do to fix this?

"automatically handle big blind annoyances" isn't working on normal tables...it always sits me out.

When you say an older verision do you mean PokerStars? What version number is reported in the top left corner of TableNinja? Also what version is reported when you go to PokerStars>Help>About PokerStars? If the number is anything other than 3.840 please go to C:/Program Files/PokerStars and run the file marked "PokerStarsUpdate.exe". Also please test the program with both the classic and hyper-simple themes. Let me know if the problem remains after updating.

Its hard to guess what might be happen other than a corrupted instalation. Have you tried reinstalling the program? If this doesn't work please make a new thread here:

You should be able to use the Stars filter to isolate these games and then save the filter in TableNinja. You can find more information an short tutorial video here:

Not for me it isn't. And pretty sure by now people posting both here and in the SNE thread have updated both.

I just want to say for the record that Im pretty pissed. When I bought the full version with 6 months of updates, I was under the impression that after 6 months I would stop getting the new features you guys came out with. Not that my version would no longer work. So now I am spending a total of $70 on TN and spent $60 on TNFT for a total of $130, when you can buy both for $100 now. Making your longtime customers pay more than new customers doesn't sit well with me.

hi, i have bought both TN anf TNFT in the past and loved both pieces of software, unfortunately i am now playing on ipoker and would love a version to use on there. Are there any plans to release more versions of the software in the future for other sites (in particular ipoker)?
