I know I keep posting here, but I keep coming up with things to say about this awesome program.

I have a suggestion in line with an earlier one: can we please have a way to make one hotley do multiple actions? Or can we please have an action like:

- check if check button present, if not then
- fold if fold button present, if not then
- click check/fold button

?? Identical to current fold button apart from the last thing. I'd love this and also the equivalent for call, that is

- check if check button present, if not then
- call if call button present, if not then
- tick box "call current bet" otherwise

I was hoping to assign the same hotkey to both the check/fold, and the fold actions, to get the first behaviour (which would work, but is not allowed). What I've done in the meantime is set my gamepad to press *two* buttons when I press one of the buttons on the gamepad (this is possible in JoyToKey), and then it sends both the fold and check/fold to TN. But this seems clunky... and not everyone is using a joypad .

I'd liek to be able to switch on and off some of the frames. At the mo you can only disable all of them at once or have them all on.

If you set a frame color to the transparency color that frame type will be invisible. We will make the user interface for this better so its not so confusing

For your hotkey requests:

If you are in any control mode except for Table In Foreground (TiF) the AA Check/Fold hotkey does this.

Unfortunately we cannot safely offer this kind of hotkey in the TiF mode. We used to have the AA Check/Fold click the check or fold buttons if they appeared and the check/fold checkbox if they did not. The problem is that in the "Table in Foreground" method if you hit the AA check/fold hotkey right as a second table suddenly needed action, stars would put the second table into the foreground and you would accidently act at that table when you intended to click the checkfold AA checkbox at the previous table. Obviously accidently folding a big hand is a huge problem so we made all the advanced action hotkeys not work for regular actions on your turn under the Table In Foreground method.

PokerStars can pop a window into the foreground at any moment so theres not a great way around this problem.

Hopefully I explained the issue clearly, let me know if it makes sense.

Sometimes I sit out beacuse i don't act in time (in sng) can you make a feature that open all tables and click the sit in button? It should be very useful

btw my favorite new feature is 'adjust to same session minimum'. has saved me lots of clicks.

This is quickly becoming our most requested feature, and we will definitely try and get it in the next update.

i and someone else made a feature request for the ability to display the # of BBs in one's stack. It was never answered (could be wrong, didnt go through the entire thread) so I am guessing you guys can't or don't want to do it. Which sucks, because I and many others would easily pay $100 for it.

With that being said, what I currently do is always have the calculator open and just manually take my stack size and divide it by the big blind. Is there anyway you can make an autokey script to automatically send my stack size to the calculator then have the script divide it by the size of the big blind. So basically just doing the math for me.

A couple things:

1) I get a error making pot percentage bet trying to use my hotkeys
2) my mouse pointer seems to lag once in a while

edit: also I'm assuming the default bet amounts automatically show up in the box where you type in the amount? this isn't working for me

I keep getting an error when trying to sit out next bb. It says it cant read the hh or some thing. Any help here tarath?

just to speed things up: did you enter the correct HH-path on the "General"-tab?

Nice You're the first person the mention this one so I'm glad some one is loving it.

This is something we plan the add eventually. We have a whole bunch of informational display type of features we plan to add, but for now we want to complete all the hotkeys/annoyance handling features first. This is definitely a feature we want, its just going to take some time.

Glad you figured things out. Our custom background support works reasonably well with most solid color backgrounds and some more complex background but if any of the colors are too close to the button color, the button text color, the pot box or the pot font color, there are likely to be problems. Unfortunately theres not a lot we can do to handle complex custom backgrounds.

just dl'd the beta and am really liking it so far

just one question -

how do i prevent it from stealing focus from other apps? (it took me forever to write this post because it kept stealing focus from my brower to my tables)

Glad your enjoying the program. I don't think we do anything that would steal focus. (I am typing this post while 3 tables are beeping at me.)

Are you running any other scripts right now? Or are keys you use to type messages assigned to any of the cycling hotkeys on the "Table Control" tab?

Does the system tray icon turn red when you click on a non-pokerstars window?

it turns red when i click my browser but returns to blue and steals focus when i need to make a decision

Hmm, I'm not sure what could be causing this, are you getting any system-tray warning messages?.

As a possible temporary fix I have three suggestions.

1) Try checking the "What Table Should Hotkeys Target settings, since you are not using hotkeys anyways. Try all 3 options and see if any of them fix your problem.

2) On the general tab try setting a "Disable hotkeys toggle" hotkey. Use it to disable hotkeys and see if this fixes the problem.

3) Uncheck the "Jump Mouse to Table" option on the "Table Control" tab next to "Table in Foreground"

Also, so that I can try and figure this out and fix it in the next update, can you email me your configuration file at support@alxsoftware.com (located in your TableNinja install directory and named TNConfigAutoLoad) as well as your log file for today. Once I've got that I can look over your exact settings and hopefully provide a solution.

ok i think it's unclicking my num lock button too

just dl'ed and installed, but when i try to run the program, it says tableninja has stopped working. I'm running vista if that means anything.

Thanks for trying out TableNinja. Are you running the program as administrator? Open your TableNinja install directory and right click the executable and select "Run as Administrator" and see if that works.

Hmm this is the strangest bug we've ever had reported. Honestly, I don't think we ever send a keystroke that is not a number (everything except entering bet amounts is done by sending mouse clicks) so I cannot imagine how this is happening unless your keyboard is very unusual or oddly configured.

I think to figure out what is causing the problem I will deifnitely need all the info I asked for in my previous response. Also, did you try all the suggestions I gave you?

A feature that would be amazingly sick is auto bet preflop according to position automatically (2.5xBB on button, 3xBB on hijack etc) . I don't know if that's possible though...

This is something we have an idea for but it is quite difficult so I can't make any promises yet. We are working on it though and it will indeed be amazingly sick if we can get it working.

I wouldn't expect it too soon, we want to focus on highly demanded features we know we can deliver first, but I am optimistic that our idea will work (at least on faster machines) and that it will come in a few months.
