I'm glad you like the program. Do you mean what can it do that StarsHotkeys cannot do?

There are a lot of things. Maybe our most popular feature is that it can automatically put a "Default Bet" into the bet-box the second it becomes your turn. The amount of this default bet can be a custom percentage of the pot that depends on the street. We also have hotkeys that see how many limpers there are and let you raise X BB + Y BB per limper, we automatically close finished tourneys, we have smart hotkeys that actually check the button text rather than just clicking a location, etc. We also worked really hard on our user interface and on making the program as simple and easy to set up and use as possible. Generally speaking we just do a lot more screen-scraping so we have a lot more tools to work with. We are also constantly adding new features.

StarsHotkeys is a great program and I certainly appreciate the time and effort that Wicks put into it. TableNinja just does different things in a different way. To decide which one is best for you I recommend you just try playing with each one for a week and then see which you prefer.

Happy New Year

Tarath

Since we are getting as much time as is possible with the way we're clicking time currently, improving this feature isn't going to be a top priority for us right now. We have so many things to add and improve that this will probably have to wait a bit.

I do appreciate wanting to click the time bank as late as possible for appearance reasons, we'd just rather focus on adding a ton of the great new features people have been requesting on the thread.

If you'd be willing to help us with this in the future though we'd really appreciate it.

Thanks,

Tarath

Well its definitely bad and confusing that it says "Right" in the box for both the right arrow and the right mouse button, this is something we want to fix.

I just played around with things myself and for me it seems that even if they both say right the program is treating them as seperate hotkeys. If I set right arrow to bet and right click to fold then right click folds and right arrow bets.

Could you double check that both hot-keys do the same thing even if they are assigned to different actions(make sure you aren't using either right click or right button in any AHK script or other program also).

Either way we will definitely take a look at the code and try to sort this out, but it will be a lot easier if I can find a way to reproduce the behavior you're describing on my machine.

Thanks for the bug report, things like this really help us out.

Thanks for double checking for me. Either way we will try and change the text so it doesn't say "Right" for both keys as thats just confusing

Great script for SNG's!!

For cash games it reads the blinds wrong? At 100NL and 50NL? It reads blinds as 50$ adn 100$ instead of cents? This makes me go allin everytime. Any fix?

My guess is that your PokerStars settings are set to a foreign language. Right now the way we read the blinds at limits below NL200 online you will need have PokerStars set to english because we look for a decimal point. We are aware of this problem and hope to fix it.

In the mean time if you go to languages and choose english everything should work.

We are going to figure out what we need to do to support other languages, but it may take some time and could be a bit tricky.

If setting things to english doesn't fix the problem let me know.

Thanks

Tarath

Edit: You may also need to change your regional settings to english in windows, I'm not entirely sure we are still figuring this out. If changing your PokerStars settings doesn't fix the problem try also going into the control panel. Open the Regional and Language Options and select English as the "Current Format"

Re: New Software: TableNinja - Hotkeys and Utilities for PokerStars

Happy New Year, all!

Here are a couple more suggestions for the prog:

- have an option to auto-save all changes. I realized I had to completely start over b/c I had closed TableNinja without clicking on Save.

- bug: I tile 9 tables (3 x 3), and sometimes the frame of a table underneath the table I am trying to act on will cover up the action buttons, and my hotkey won't work. I am using Table Under Mouse (with bring to foreground checked).

Couldn't find this in the FAQ, everytime I auto register for a sit n go the lobby pops up. I don't have the 'auto-open lobby option' checked for PokerStars, so I don't know why this is happening. Only happens when I am running TableNinja.

I believe this is actually a problem with Stars. If you check "Automatically try to register to identical tournament if this one is already full" even without running TableNinja the lobby always pops up even if you have "auto-open lobby" turned off..

Try un-checking the "Register for identical if full" option in TableNinja and the lobby should not pop-up.

Let me know if this solves your problem. If so I will update our FAQ to explain this issue. Also, it might be worth going and complaining about the issue on the stars software improvement thread also.

If I'm missing something and this is a problem with TableNinja let me know and I will definitely try and figure it out.

Thanks

Tarath

Single Table From Stack
From the "24 tabling like a pro" post, several multi tablers like to use a small script that pulls a table from the stack and repositions it on the page so it can be watched a few seconds longer. Here are two versions of the code.

Pee Break
I think Ninja currently pauses one table with the "sit out next hand" hotkey. It would be helpful if there was a choice to sit out on all tables.

thank you for the great product Tarath! I bought my full version today as a show of support.

The lobby does not close after a table opens.I have to click to close it.Accoring to video that is not necessary.

Both of these things are features we plan to add in the near future. I like the name pee break Hopefully at least the pee break will be in the next update.

Thanks for the support Andy! I really appreciate it.

it happened again.. and now i figured out how its happening.. everytime i open the program, both right keys do the same thing... so what i need to do everytime i close/open the program is to re-set the keys... to reproduce the problem, set the rightarrow to do something, save, close the program, open it again and both keys will be doin the same thing
