Hi, i have two questions:

1) i use SNG Registering, i have a problem when opening a new table because automatically SNG Registering open a Pokerstars lobby. This is a problem when i play on many tables, if possible disable automatically open Pokerstars lobby?

2) TO is supported for Apple pc?

1) Do you mean PokerStars lobby or tournament lobby? PokerStars Lobby has to be open for sng registering to work. Auto opening of tournament lobbies can be disabled in PS settings/Gameplay/Multi-tabling.

im having a problem, since i formated

when i put, tile when a new window opens it used to open only when a new tournament began, now when i press the replay button, TO thinks that a new window has opened and starts adjusting all the tables, even though i dont want it to do that.

is there any way to get around that ?

Try enabling replayer slot(Layouts/Setup slots/Replayer slot).

Im having a problem, Earlier I didnt faced this problem but when i multitable 20 tables (stacked),tables jumping so quickly while I click call on one table it suddenly calls on next table...what can be the cause? (i dont double click)

Hi, my license ran out and I tried some other programs. They have some features that you didn't think were allowed, could you add these features at some point? I received confirmation from Pokerstars Game Integrity team that these specific features don't break any rules, I can provide you with the emails if needed. The features are:

Individual colours for HUD positions (CO/BTN/UTG labels). Could you add these back so each one can be made it's own colour? As they're not individual statistics then the 3-colour rule doesn't apply and unlimited colours are fine.

Pot size filters for automatic betsizing - as long as the filters aren't based off opponents actions they are allowed. They've specifically said that using current pot size and/or current street is allowed.

I recently did a pokerstars update. Tableoptimizer is not compatible. Says latest compatible version is 17.1.8.5.

I clicked on check for updates and it say tableoptimizer will be closed are you sure? I clicked okay but it never closes.

I also did this with pokerstars closed which i recall is the way to do it. But when i click okay, nothing happens with tableoptimizer at all.

When i don't have pokerstars opened, it does have 1 troubleshooting which says

update.exe not found in TO main folder


When i open stars, it has 3 problems in troubleshooting and of course the one is that TO isn't compatible with stars. I recalled whenever i wanted to update TO, i just click check for updates in the TO general tab but this does not do anything. I had closed, reopened it many times... same issue.

I swear you've posted this before. Stop moving files out of the folder! Just download the program again from the website and copy the update file.

Clicking "Chech for updates" is not going to work if you don't have udpate.exe file. You should:
1. Temporarily disable your antivirus software.
2. Download latest TO version from the website: www.tableoptimizer.com/to.zip
3. Extract to.zip to a new folder.
4. Copy update.exe and paste in into TO main folder.
5. Add TO main folder to the exceptions list in your antivirus.

Can you add a hotkey to cycle to the next table in line?

It's already available, Hotkeys/Cycling/Next.

When I played yesterday I believe that it cycled to the next table 1 by 1, thats different. I want it to cycle to the next in line that require action.

If you start cycling from the first in line it should first cycle through tables that require action and then through all remaining tables. It won't cycle only through tables with action if that's what you want.

Is it possible to make calculation of a %pot when raising be handled the same way that default stars %pot calculation?
As far as i understand it TableOptimize SETS raise size as % of a pot while stars ADDS %pot to a bet that should be called. Described formula may not be correct, yet there is a fact that %pot command sent via stars hotkeys differs in result from same command sent via T.O. preset bet.
Also should be noted that TableNinja2 software handles that case same way as stars software does, so it shouldn't be a "legal" issue to calculate raise %pot correctly.

Hi. Is there a way to cycle tables based only on their position on the screen, not on priority order? Tried several configs and wasn't able to do it. Is there any options or configurations that i am overlooking?

Anyone else having problems with the HUD; specifically, the player action history? i.e. Not being able to see the line I've taken preflop, etc.

Do you have any problems in the troubleshooting tab?

Actually, I did. Reckon that will probably solve it (stupid PS for deleting all my settings last week!).
