I made that hotkey from mouse, specifically the forward button from the side of the mouse. But I get an error, it asks if I use the right mouse button in pokerstars. I don't know why it asks me that. I even set a hotkey from keyboard, and the same question appears again.
The problem is that the hotkey doesn't always work.

It's not an error. Tis question will appear every time you set "Color player" hotkey. If somebody is using right mouse button as a hotkey in Pokerstars this feature works slightly different and requires labeling with left mouse button to be enabled in Pokerstars.

Then why sometimes it doesn't work? I click on the player and he doesn't become fish.

Hi, yesterday i download the software for my 1 month trial, my system went through some updates and after that it gives the message "Your trial has expired and license.dat files wasnt found in". How can i fix that ir order to give the software a try before buying it? Thanks!

@czyngischan, i don't think this happens in the EU/COM PS client, at least i have no recollection of it, but in the PT client after we leave a cash game table it will popup a window that shows how much we bet and win/lose at that specific table.

It's very annoying. It takes focus from everything else.

TO have an option to "Close OK popups", this is one of those ok popups, but it's not closing it.

Anyway you can auto-close this window too?

Maybe it was already asked but I don´t know... Is it possible to add a timer to stop SNG registering? Playing HU and some SNG at the same time it would help because of the breaks.

What I am doing wrong in order to TO doesn´t stop registering? I have to wait a ton of time in order to TO registering me in tourneys... It should stop at three and when I win/lost one it should register me in other ASAP. Sometimes I have to do it manually!

No, you can easily stop sng registering by using a hotkey(Other/Start\Stop SNG Registering).

It may happen because you have only one game in the list. Try if it's better if you set PokerStars to show you running games as well.

It's crucial the timer, people often forget to stop registering it because they are focuse in the games and with amount of tables people play they just miss the breaks. If you play one game type it's fine but if you play heads ups and other multytabling tourneys like 4 or 5 mtt per session you will gonna miss the breaks cause you are going to forgot to stop registering. If I had a timer to auto stop after 40 minutes in each hour I would not miss a single break.
But Ok, I think I could be only guy playing these 2 type of formats and using TO but I think it would be a need for some pkayers.

Suggestion:

Is it possible to add some simple player color code filter for SNG registering? Similar to TN2 would be sufficient for me: "Don't register if at least x of color y have registered" and/or "Only register if at least x of color y have registered". You can easily read color codes from local pokerstars xml file (notes.username.xml).

I have a weird new problem that i didn't have before. I have searched in this thread and other person had this too, but no sure if there's any solution for it now.

So now after making a clean Windows 10 install, i can no longer use the midle mouse button on TO/PS to move the tables to an hotkey slot.

If i use, i don't know, any keyboard key it works 100% but if i chose the midle mouse button it stops working when i minimize any window.. and works again if i restore it again. It can be any window, chrome for example.

Before i clean install windows i played for a month like this with no problem, now it doesn't work.

What can it be?

Hi, I have this intermittently as well, I think it's just a Windows 10 quirk we'll have to deal with. I can fix it each time it happens - use middle click to scroll in Chrome and it works for TO again (has to be middle click, not just the scrollwheel). Of course if Chrome is the window you want to minimise that might not be a great fix.

I found a work around too, but it's weird because it didn't happen ONCE before i install windows again yesterday.

I put a keyboard key on TO to change tables to "hotkey slot", then in the mouse software i change the middle mouse button action to the same hotkey that i have put on TO and it works fine again.

Next TO version should close "Game Completed" dialog. If it doesn't let me know.

I believe that the bug with mouse hotkeys is caused by PokerStars because I was able to recreate it with three different hotkey programs.

Well, i have bought a new computer a couple days ago and surprisingly i'm not experience the middle mouse working intermittently with PS. Not sure why, but that's whats happening ATM. Still using W10, middle button to move tables to hotkey slot, everything the same AFAIK. Weird.


Anyway, i have been experimenting a little bit with smart stacking mode, i usually play with auto slots because i like to play with multiple stacks, filters are very useful too, and i notice a couple of things that don't work the same way and they should/i would like them too. For example:


- in stack/slot mode i fold a hand in a slot and the table immediately jumps to stack, which is cool. In Auto Slot mode i setup a filter for VPIP+Flop/Turn/River, the table jumps to the appropriate slot but when i fold the table doesn't move back. It only moves back when the hand finishes. Which is cool, if i'm still in it. Not so much when i fold on the flop.

There's a away to move them back automatically? I have checked the filter, maybe i'm missing something.


- In stack/slot mode if click the advanced fold button (not sure the name of it, it's the box that we can check in advanced for fold before it's our turn to act) that table goes to the bottom of the stack, the same doesn't happen in Auto Slot mode if we have a slot with multiple tables.

There's a reason for not having this cool feature in Auto Slots? It would be a nice. At least for the way i setup my tables.


- In Auto Slots filter, there's any purpose of selecting, lets say, VPIP false AND true? I get the False or the True. But it's possible to chose both, any reason for this? I only ask because it might do something i would like, but i'm completely ignorant ATM.

I kind guess it does nothing if i chose both, but hey... who knows. Maybe i'm missing something really cool and i'm not seeing it. lol

Even if you minimize PokerStars lobby?

You need to also set "Hand folded" filter to False.

TO is not moving tables to the bottom of the stack when pressing advanced fold box(at least it shouldn't). It can popup next table but only when you have "Popup table when hand is dealt" enabled.

No, there is no point in selecting both.

Issue again opening tableoptimizer. I opened it but then closed it before updating it since i havent updated in a while. It updates then stops.


I then close it and then clicked on tableoptimzer and i keep getting message this file might be dangerous. I click on i trust this file and then message shows up.


Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access this item. I been doing this over and over and i cannot get through this. Whether i click i trust this file or close button... for some reason close button doesn't do anything. Or i wait... this message would show up everytime windows cannot access the device, path or file. My tableoptimizer is located in my desktop but its in a Tableoptimizer folder. So when i access TO, i would click on that folder, then click on tableopizimier icon... though i dont believe that has anything to do with it since it had no issues before this.


I just noticed that in my tableoptimizer folder, theres another icon called update1. The one above that is update and that is the one i usually click on when i havent updated tableoptimizer in a while. Do i have to delete one of these update icons? one is update and its 287kb and thats the original file.. this new one is update1 and same thing 287kb.


Im positive i put tableoptimizer in the exclusion folder a while back as that was one of the problems i had earlier. Can you tell me what i can do here?
