No, there shouldn't be any delays when using TO.
Did it start after recent TO updates or do you have it from the beginning?

I suggest to use Windows Task Manager to troubleshoot performance issues. If you click on "More details" you will be able to go the "Details" tab which will list every process on your computer. The "CPU" column shows how much cpu is used at given moment. If you right-click on any column header you will be able to add additional columns. You should add "CPU time" which will show total amount of cpu used by each process. Now you will be able to see which process uses most of the cpu when you experience delays and which process used most of the cpu through your entire session.

I have it since the beggining.. I will try check the windows task and see if another else aplication are causing delay.. Thank you again.

hi i updated TO to the latest version but after todays PS update TO doesnt work anymore. how do i downgrade PS?

Want to downgrade as well but somehow pokerstars.exe dissapeard from backup folder, so downgrading not happening. Anyone has a solution for this? Tx

New TO version will be available on Saturday. Meanwhile you can downgrade your PokerStars software by following these steps:
1. Go to C:\Program files\PokerStars\backup and copy all files.
2. Go to C:\Program files\PokerStars\ and paste copied files.
3. Start PokerStars(as admin) using PokerStars.exe file.

Would be too much to ask to add a feature that allow user to asign multiple color labels to other players? like breacking the player avatar frame´s into like 2-3-4 pieces as per the user request and asign individual colors to each piece? Thanks

Hey, I've been using TO without issue for about nine months now, but have recently been having a problem w/ the SNG registration feature. I play two different stakes of SNGs where I play 4 at a time of one format and 6 of another with it stopping registration at 10 tables. Once I hit 9 tables my TO settings reads 4/4 tables for the one format and 5/6 of the other (which is good!), HOWEVER, once the 6th SNG of the second format is registered it doesn't account for it on the client (continues to read 5/6 for format #2 and 9 SNGs current registered) and the client continues registering SNGs past the desired 10-table limit. Both my TO and Pokerstars clients are updated to the current versions, FWIW.

Any ideas/anyone else w/ a similar issue?

It's practically impossible for a 3rd party to modify PokerStars software to make it work as you desire. It should be possible to do it in a form of a hud but it's to much work for me.

I can't think of any reason why would this happen unless you're registering last table manually. It would be helpful if you can send logs as descried here: www.tableoptimizer.com/support/

I am having a differente problem,

my layout is multistack of 6 stacks, as i've said before, Default stack on top middle, vpip on top right, under 10bb on top left.

the newly open tables, in the past versions, used to open behind the Default table, which was perfect.

Now it opens on the bottom left stack, where my bubble stack is. and it stays there until the program recognizes it as part of the Default stack, and it is then moved. a bit before the first hand is dealt. is there a way to make it open under the default stack automatically ?

It is up to Pokerstars where new table will show up and TO can't control it.
There is a small delay before TO recognizes a table, loads huds and moves it to the proper location. This delay shouldn't be longer than a few seconds. If it's longer then it's a bug or something is wrong with your layout.

my primary laptop no longer works. I used hem2 and Tableoptimizer there. I have the ssd hard drive and will have an enclosure case that will connect the ssd to a computer. I like to have all the same settings/configurations on Tableoptimizer on my new laptop when i download it.


Does that mean i have to copy the certain folder from the ssd hard drive to a computer than transfer it to external hard drive then connect it to a new laptop? I know the configurations are not that complicated on Tableoptimizer compared to Holdem manager 2 but i like to have the same configs as before.

You need to copy options.xml file from TO main folder or you can copy entire TO main folder and paste it on your new laptop.

My sng register is kinda bugged. i put to register two different sng, the 9p KO and 9p turbo.i make it register to 12 at most for each of them, and 12 at most any time, which works fine, until recently, which after it registers to the 12, its stops registering, even after my tournaments close., then i have to click stop/start for it to work.

I bought a new licence after my 1 year sub expired. I added new licence to the main directory but when I open Tableoptimizer I am getting the message that my trial has expired and file wasnt found.

Perhaps Windows changed name of the new license from "license" to "license(1)" instead of overwriting the old one? If that's the case you need to rename it manually.

Hello! I found this software today, and i am very impressed. Everything works perfectly, but there is a problem, that makes mutlitabling uneffective for me. So if i understand it correctly, you cant make betting hotkeys in TO like in table ninja, thats why i want to use TN for the hotkeys and TO for the rest. However when i run TO alongside TN, my betting hotkeys start function randomly postflop. Preflop everything is fine tho. For postflop i have set different hotkeys for 25/33/50/75 percent pot in TN, but when i actually use them, the sizes are incorrect. Any help would be appreciated, as i would love to purchase TO.

There are betting hotkeys within the Stars client, why would you use TN?

In stars client you cant use the same hotkey effectively for pre and postflop, also for 3betting, tn has an option like "3x last raise". I think you cant do that in stars cilent either
