Thanks, I'm also encountering a problem where sometimes the TO client will disappear when stars is running. It will still be working but I can't find the client and change things mid session.

How would I fix this?

It is minimizing to the system tray.You can restore it by double-clicking on the icon.

I am trying to use the random number in the hud. It say 0 at every table all the time. What can be wrong?

Random number changes it's value every time it's your turn to act. Were you playing on these tables or you were just observing them?

I thought about something else. Is it possible to have the tourneys with the largest blind levels at the top 2 windows of top left and right? And then say there is a final table of a 180, it goes to top left. Then if you have another table, then it goes to top right. Then 18 of the other tables would be on the bottom left and bottom right? And say if you are in 3 of them, the it goes to bottom left but of course not have 17 other tables on the bottom right but say have 9 on the bottom left and 9 on bottom right?


Also if this is possible, that means i could never manually move a table? Im unsure why this would happen though.


Another thing that i find very annoying is when i manually move tables, for some reason it keeps minimizing each table and i have to manually resize it. Is there a way to not allow resizing to happen at the tables? Could this be related to tableoptimizer or is this a stars thing?

It's not possible to make a filter for largest bb level. You can only make a filter such as bb level > 1000.

Tables are distributed evenly so you will have 9 tables in each slot.

The idea behind auto slots is that tables move automatically. If you move a table manually there is no guarantee that this table won't be moved to different slot at some point in the future.

I assume that by "minimizing" you mean resizing to minimal size. This can be related to TO. You can send your options.ini file to support@tableoptimizer.com and I will see if I can recreate this.

Is there a way when i have 20 tables opened total, have first one open top left, then top right, then bottom left, bottom right etc then by the time its 20 tables, well its 5 on each corner? I had tried to do this on pokerstars using the custom layouts. Such as i would open 20 tables one by one... i would open 4 of them up... then tile them. Then 5th one opens, put it on top left, 6th on top right, 7th on bottom left, and 8th on bottom right etc. Then i put save custom layout 20 table.


Yet when the tables open up... like the first 8 tables would both be on the top left and right.


I don't want to be not able to move any tables at all if slots are enabled.

The only way to create such layout in TO is to use auto-slots.

Could i do this layout with stars only with custom layout? I thought that was what custom layout is for but the tables keep showing up in top left and right.

I am getting lag since installing Windows 10. I also cannot find the Aero settings. Would I need to do something else instead?

It's not really about Aero but about "Desktop composition" which is enabled by default on Windows 8+ and can't be disabled. So this is not the cause of your problems.

I'm not convinced that the lag is caused by TO but you can try to disable HUD and frames(there is special checkbox for that "Disable frames") and see if that helps.

You can also check which programs are using most of your cpu in Windows Task Manager. To do that you will need to navigate to "Details" tab, right click on any column header and select "Select columns". In new dialog check "CPU time" and click OK. Now you can play a session a see which processes were using most of your cpu time.

After PS (eu 11.4.8.2) and TO (1.2.9.3) update History in Hud stopped working. I haven't changed any settings, in PS client I have Dealer Messages set to Everyting.
Any idea why this happened?

Hi, using multi-stack popup. When a dead table restarts and you're seated in the blinds the table doesn't pop to front (when the post sb/post bb button is visible).

Curious but is the time bank with TO less than with Tableninja? When i used tn1, it seemed like the time bank there was a bit longer compared to Tableoptimizer.

TO only presses the time bank, it doesn't choose how much time you get! Stars recently broke the sound so the warning sound plays a lot more, probably why it feels like you've got less time.

Are you saying that when dead table restarts Pokerstars always asks if you want to post blinds regardless of "Ask to post blinds when new game starts" setting being on or of?

I've got that setting on. Otherwise if a table dies unexpectedly you get buttoned (reg sits and only plays sb).
