I tried to add Timing stat in player's HUDs and all i got is '-' signs on the tables. Am i doing something wrong? Shouldn't this stat display time player spent for most current action?
TO v.1.5.3.8 with compatible version of Stars client.

If i set it to bet 66% pot ±10%, the betsize will be between 59,4% and 72,6% and every value in this range will have equal probability.

I have issue with this. I downloaded tableoptimizer from the site again. This time it shows TO (2). This is because i already downloaded TO twice already. When i open the file, it says

I clicked extract all. Then it seemed to extract. However now i get error message that my TO trial doesn't work anymore?


My Tableoptimizer folder on my desktop which has the Tableoptimizer icon is no longer there on my desktop. I click TO on windows 10 search... i open up TO but this isn't the updated one. Its 2 very old versions etc because the sng registration name is completed different. Does that mean i deleted my current TO configuration? I don't want to try and click anything else at the moment.

I did not click anything because i don't want to mess anything more up. How do i fix this issue? Im pretty sure TO (1) folder is the one i been using the entire time before i downloaded tableoptimizer again on the site.

Made a mistake. The TO folder is still on my desktop. However, for some strange reason it went to my laptop screen and not my main monitor. But yes it has the same 2 error problems as i mentioned earlier.


How do i send/post TO logs for the 2nd issue?

On another note, is it possible for make a 3bet size? I know back then you said pokerstars didn't allow this in software anymore but on 888caption/partycaption which i use for 888poker and partypoker, you can 3x the first raise size thus 3bet is 3x etc.

Because i think on the 888caption/partycaption thread, i believe thats allowed so i would be confused why this wouldn't be allowed on TO?

You were not supposed to run it after extracting. All you had to do is copy extracted files and paste them into your old TO folder.
I don't know where your old TO folder is but it has to have "license.dat" and "options.xml" files so you can try to Windows search for them.

It's not allowed to detect if current situation is raise, 3bet, 4bet etc. and nothing has changed in that matter. It's not prohibited to make a "3x raise" preset bet but it's not possible to make it work only for 3bet.

Do you want to manually set a color frame for some table? This is not possible in TO. You could try changing it's felt color.

Pokerstars have brought back the Cardmatch promo which crashes the client occasionally for lots of people ("Pokerstars has stopped working" error message).

Can you check if there's anything that can be changed in TO to minimise crashes? It only happens when adding a table, I use TO for layouts and Stars seems to only crash as a table is being resized (sometimes when it freezes the graphics are messed up, huge cards etc). I was thinking it might help if TO waits for the CardMatch element to load before resizing the table, just guessing though.

Stars don't seem interested in fixing anything on their end unfortunately.

I will make TO delay table management after card match is loaded assuming I will be able to detect that. If not I will make an option to delay it by x seconds.

BTW in my case it was not crashing but hanging and I was sometimes able to recover by closing a table, that seemed to be the cause, by right clicking on it on the taskbar.

Maybe you can add an option to insta switch to the chat tab when a new table is opened instead of having it opened with the cardmatch tab selected and then trying to load the promo?
Not sure if this will help but I started manually switching to the chat tab right away on every table that is opened and so far I haven't experienced any crashes.

Thanks! I've found that it's only an issue when using a layout with titlebars/borders removed - otherwise Stars remembers the table size from last session and TO doesn't need to resize.


Have another very minor issue - when I use "Esc" as a hotkey it makes the "ding" error sound in windows. The hotkey still works fine, only happens with that specific key.

I don't think so. If hiding card match window was enough to prevent crashes then simply collapsing chat would solve the problem.

This sound is made by Windows probably because keyboard focus is inside chat edit box. One way to solve this is to set sound scheme to "No sounds" in Windows. Alternatively you can enable "Supress hotkeys" in TO.
