Are you using a small grid slot size? Does the site show up as "888Poker_Small" in the Included Sites listbox?

Ah, forgot that. Wanted to comment here that the problem did still occur. But didn't re include the site. Will try that.

New problem on Party Poker is, with the updated Stack and Tile, when someone in front of me is all in, my table won't pop up. Did have this problem before but it didn't occur since the last updates. It's back now.

Any solutions for that?

888 poker still doesn't work. Same goes for Party, altho Party works with the normal 2.94 version.

Can you tell me exactly what doesn't work? What is the problem? What happens? What is supposed to happen? With as much detail as possible

I'm having an issue with betonline while simultaneously running acr and ignition (both of which Stack and Tile works excellently for).

When I tick the fold box in mtt's, somehow shortly after I move my mouse away from the window the "raise any" box is ticked instead. The "raise any" box is also occasionally ticked of its own accord without me even moving my mouse over the window. I have a few advanced options enabled like "Activate table under mouse" but nothing too beyond normal configuration settings. The only action hotkeys I use are bet x bb, all-in, and fold.

I've tinkered with changing settings around but am still unsure of the issue, any ideas as to what the cause could be? Thank you.

Hrmmm SaT shouldn't be sending any other clicks to the table. Does it happen when you use your Fold hotkey? Or only when you use your mouse?

Can you try turning off the Advanced Options for "Focus Betbox when possible", and also "Click PokerStars Info tab" and see if either of those solves it?

On 888 after a while some of my tables randomly freeze and I can't do any action anymore. Not even when I close Stack and Tile.

On Party Poker ( with the newest version of Stack and Tile ) When someone is all in in front of me, the table won't pop up.

Sometimes on 888, this happens when there is a popup from the client that needs to be handled. 888 requires you to act on the popup before you can take any other actions on the table. Does this only happen on tournament tables? Or cash? Are you certain there is no popups? There is an Advanced Option in SaT to "Move 888 popups to grid" to help this problem

Are you using any special table graphics mods or anything like that? Can you click File->Current Layout, and paste me everything?

It seems to be happening only when I use my mouse, I stopped using the fold hotkey for a while and that didn't make a difference.

I played a quick tester session in which I tried turning off "Focus Betbox when possible" and it seems like that may have been the issue. Is it possible to disable that option just for chico and still use it for ignition/acr, or can you disable all functions of the program for one site other than table positioning? I'd like to not have to stop using "focus betbox" altogether as I only play a few tables of betonline relative to other site and it's one of my favorite aspects of the program.

One other note- I tried removing and re-adding my chico site configuration and saw that I got an error message that I may have just clicked through before: "Something went wrong: call button color for Chico is detected as Black. This usually indicates a problem" (same message for bet and raise). I had the table background set to black but got the same message after switching to blue and re-adding. The message suggested that I may need to change my scan mode. I assume I don't want to do that as it's already set to the proper configuration for acr and ignition?

No, its not possible to selectively turn that off just for one site. But perhaps there is a problem with that feature for Chico. Are you using the built-in Chico site profile within SaT? I believe I originally tested it using TigerGaming and maybe betOnline is different. I'll have to look. Can you check and see if the same problem happens with cash games too?

Are the buttons truly black? As I remember, the buttons were truly black for TigerGaming. If the buttons are black, then you can ignore the message. Do you have the proper graphics options selected for Chico? :

No need to try a new layout yet. But that config file is still showing version 2.94 which means it doesn't look like you're using the new test version. Unless you rolled back?

Check that the version is installed by looking on the About tab. Then Remove and re-Include "PartyPokerModern" and test it against all-in situations again.

And as for the 888 problem, next time you notice it, please check to see if there are any popups for the table that is not responding and let me know

I changed the version to the old one because there I don't have any problems with Party. Both versions I have the 888 problem.

I will check 888 on pop ups, as for now I believe the tables just randomly freeze once every hour/ hour and a half.

I was actually wrong, the issue isn't with "focus betbox". I had the same problem of "raise any" being checked with the focus betbox option off during my session today until I removed the site configuration.

When I tested it yesterday I may have not have been able to reproduce the issue because I was testing with only one $.30 sng rather than multitabling. Idk if this helps but the checked box seems to switch mainly when I move my mouse from hovering over one table back to the table in question. Also I am using the built in Chico site profile, I didn't realize you can add custom configurations but I'll give that a try.

I'm still finishing up my session for the day but when I'm done I'll try pm cash as well and see if I get the same issue.

If the buttons are light gray, then you shouldn't be getting the error. What version of Windows are you on? And how many monitors?

Custom config shouldn't change the "buttons detected as black" error. So that's strange. But the custom config won't have the betbox coords, which means that the "Focus betbox" option would never work. I'm guessing the betbox is near the same location as that "Raise any" checkbox, that's why I suggested playing with that option. Custom sites won't have all of the features available, and I usually don't recommend people use it..

888 still not working with Stack and Tile. It's super strange because I never had any problems with it. Tried everything but I can't seem to get it working. I now just skip 888 because it's super annoying that my tables freeze randomly. Maybe we can look together for a solution or something? U do something like real time help? trough skyper or something?

Yes I can help over skype, but its gonna be a waste of time unless we know exactly how to reproduce the problem. Do you know how to reproduce it? Or does it just happen randomly? I haven't been able to trigger it on my machine. We are talking about the tables just dropping out, right?
