Merge Big. Not sure why, but it doesn't happen all the time.

can you clarify what you mean by "moves the table to the bottom of the queue"? i'm not sure exactly what is happening incorrectly and what you expect to happen

Today I wanted to setup the Stack and Tiling function to use "move to grid when action is required". I have all the settings properly set in FullTilt. The other two sites work as designed but Fulltilt always stays in the grid. When I make a fold on FullTilt it flickers like it quickly moved it to the home slot and back to the grid.

It probably has something to do with my table mod. Can you have a look at my table and tell me what might be causing this problem?
At the moment, your image is not showing up, so I cannot see what your table mod looks like.

However, it is quite possible that the table mod is exactly the cause of the problem.

For SaT to determine 'when action is required', it looks for the color of the Fold button. So, for example, if your table mod has black buttons, and also uses black for the table background behind the buttons, then SaT will see black all the time and think that the Fold button is visible when in fact it is not. If this is the case for your mod, where the action buttons are the same color as the table background color, then the only thing that can be done is to change your mod, or modify the mod to make either the buttons or the background color different.

Also, I use TableNinja and PartyEZcash. Will these programs conflict with the Stacking and Tiling in anyway?
Those programs should not conflict. SaT is intended to be used simultaneously with other poker helper software. Obviously, you would want to disable any table movement or layout options within those programs since SaT will handle them. Also, be mindful of any giving/taking focus options within those as well. And of course you'll want to disable each poker site's individual 'pop table to top' option:

Hi Greg,

Bovada did an update today or yesterday night and now SaT won't work. I made a temp solution with your wizard so now my fold button and check button etc. all work but the tables won't go back to the stack from the grid. This was a minor problem before and all I did each morning was shrink the tables a little bit as I joined new tables and they would stack fine. But with the temporary solution I made I can't get the tables to go back to the stack.

Hi Greg,

(Apologies in advance for posting twice - once on the SaT forum and once here.)

I currently use SaT with the Bovada client and, beginning earlier today (05/26/2014), Bovada tables are no longer responsive to the SaT software. I'm experiencing the following two issues (and the previous post suggests that it may not be an isolated incident):

(a) After opening the SaT software (running as administrator) and clicking the 'Start' button in the SaT console, all open Bovada tables would be re-sized and re-arranged into a grid layout that I'd configured. Beginning today, Bovada's table windows are no longer resized/rearranged upon clicking 'Start'. (note: the table layout is correctly selected as 'BovadaDefault', which I'd been using successfully for the past two months.)

(b) In addition, the hotkeys which I'd configured for performing various table actions are also no longer working (e.g., folding, calling, betting, etc.). I noticed one exception - the 'Disable Hotkeys' toggle does continue to work, which suggests that the SaT software may be having trouble interacting with active Bovada tables.

As part of troubleshooting, I've tried removing and re-adding Bovada as a poker client. I've also repeated the steps necessary to configure the SaT software (i.e., pressing F7 over an active table to identify a table, pressing F10 to fold a hand at that table, etc.) but the problem persists.

As an aside, I've been using Tournament Indicator ("TI"; sold by Holdem Indicator) which tracks players' stats within a given tournament and displays a HUD next to each player (for all active tables) - similar to SaT, the TI software is also no longer working. (I would note that, in the past, I was able to successfully run the two applications simultaneously, so I think it's unlikely that the SaT issues are due to having TI open at the same time.) A quick description of the TI software, if you're not familiar with it - in order to track player stats, the TI software is set up to automatically open a new stat-tracker window for each active table; it also displays a HUD next to each player (on each table). As of today, it seems that TI is no longer able to interact with the Bovada tables as the software no longer opens a new stat-tracker window for each active table, nor does it display players' stats in a HUD.

I totally understand that the TI software is not supported by Stack and Tile - I wanted to mention the TI-related issue as it suggests that the Bovada client may have undergone an update as a result of which third-party software is no longer able to interact with active tables, i.e., identifying tables, manipulating table windows (resizing/moving), extracting & displaying players' stats and performing hand-specific actions (e.g., fold/call/bet/etc.).`

I obviously defer to the judgment of the SaT team in identifying the issue but just thought I'd share my observations, if at all helpful. The SaT software is an amazing tool and it would be great if possible to have it up and running soon.

To the extent I can be helpful with any troubleshooting/testing, please let me know.

Thanks,

Hi Greg,
I play SNG's on Bovada. Each time a new table appears it is accompanied by a popup that reads: "You have been registered for the following SNG tournament . . ."
The problem with this popup is that if the "OK" button isn't hit, I can't take action on any of my other bovada tables. This pernicious popup often becomes buried beneath tables and I can't even move the tables because the popup itself freezes the tables.
I posted this problem today in the Bodog thread and a responder led me to believe that you might be able to fix this by creating a way in which the "OK" button is automatically pressed whenever this popup appears.
Thanks

Can you take a screenshot of the popup? Does the popup appear after you click Register or after the actual table appears because I'm seeing two different ones

Sir, you are indeed seeing two different ones. I don't care about the first one that appears after I click register as it causes no problems. Only later, after the table appears is there a profound problem. The second, very pernicious, popup that occurs once the table manifests it's self for the first time on my screen causes all tables to freeze even as it gets buried under other tables. This causes me and others to miss taking care of business in urgent tables as we scramble to find this second popup and press OK.

I can probably close this popup. I am going out of town for the weekend and I don't want to put out a new release when I won't be around, incase something goes wrong. I'll add this in the next release
