It seems Pokerstars has update its list of software which is prohibited.

yesterday my SessionLord freezes again, the same as big tunna said.
And stars freezes also.

Can you give an update for the new 3rd party software rules with stars and sessionlord?

I also received the same message with Sessionlord being prohibited. Definitely looking for a refund if this does not change.

Okay what a surprise! I know guys who were get caught 8-9 months ago cheating with Sessionlord, as you can put it on steroids... But based on this short email it is possible they had another software/feature I didnt know about. But if its the same feature, how come it took 8 months to ban the software entirely???

@Uhrenknecht: Starshelper comes to mind. But there are plenty of options.

It sounds like the problem is not about SL itself, but something else the developers have done? So could it be possible for another developer to take over the SL development and thus get SL allowed again on Stars? Really hope there will be a solution to this, it was a great tool.

Sessionlord still does not work... But they didn't cancel the payment. Very honest company.

Maybe gathering and listing all concerned players who need to get a refund for their paid suscription in order to get the possibility to make a group complaint against them is worthwhile to pressure them to do the right thing and refund everyone for the subscriptions they paid for but since end of july don't get any service.

Since individual refund claims don't really get answered too maybe this is one approach that might 'work'...
a lot of small claims combined into 1 big one creates more 'leverage'...

This seems like an extremely poor response when people bring concerns forward about your software being banned on Stars, and have no response from you in this thread for two weeks.

That said, it appears that SL has sent out an email that they are going to work on this with Stars. I was going to close the thread, but I think it's reasonable that we give it a couple of weeks to see how that plays out. I'll make a thread title edit for now. OP, if you get this resolved, please LMK. Everyone else, if we get to September with nothing changing, please let us know via Post Report (red triangle to the left of every post). Thanks!

Edit to add: Actually, closing the thread probably won't be the solution anyway as there could be people with refund concerns if it comes down to that, so perhaps we'll look at another measure like a further title change.

I was charged for this month through paypal.
No email response from sessionlord.

1st thing you should've done when you saw sessionlord banned was to cancel auto payments to them. Pretty obvious it's a dead thing already.

Yes. I did receive a email response from sessionlord. They have not heard a response from pokerstars and is working to resolve current issue.

I requested a refund for my advanced payment...
My situation was similar as yours and they refunded it upon request.
