still no solutions to avast problem?

We are still waiting for Avast to reply. This is an Avast issue, we cannot handle on our own. Once Avast provide us some feedback, we will share it here.

I added the path (C:\Program Files (x86)\SessionLord\*) to the Avast exlusions, and its works fine.

Can you tell me how to do this?

what's up with sessionlord, i wanted to play session and it says my username or password is incorrect while it is set as remember password and before always just click the check mark to login... How to fix asap, ty
Also your website doesnt work atm or i only get on the home page, server down or ...?

EDIT now sl site is up and sl says, restart sl and ps...

Today morning at 7:00 UTC we have faced with a DNS resolvement issue which blocked the whole server farm behind SessionLord. Unfortunatelly the DNS resolvement also affected the standby system and server replicas.

We immediatelly started to work on it and we completely changed our DNS servers. At 9:00 UTC all services were up and running again with full availability.

If SessionLord is still not available for you: Keep calm, the DNS server modification should spread out to the internet, but it can take a few minutes depending on your ISP, after a short period of time it will be fine for you also.

We are sorry about the outage. We did the steps to avoid similar DNS issues in the future. We are still operating our servers with 99.9% availability from the official launch of SessionLord and we do everything to keep this in the future also.

Not working for me atm. Getting error messages saying that it can't connect to the network and also "Unknown login error! Please restart SL and PS too!"

This because the DNS server changes in the morning. Your Internet provider takes longer then usual to resolve our new DNS server. Our servers are up and running and available. Google's DNS servers (ip 8.8.8.8) can resolve our ip addresses.

Unfortunatelly this is depends on your IP when it will recognize the DNS server modification. In normal cases it should have already been made...

what are the options to pay to get sessionlord sng opener? I want to buy it then use it asap.

Having problems for more than 24h now. Yesterday it worked at some time then it dropped and it seems to be off still. Doubt it is on my side as DNS are updating fairly quickly.

Our servers and services are fully operating and available for public. Yesterday we did not changed the IP address behind the DNS names of SessionLord, so it is not in relation with DNS name spreading and TTL settings.

We have changed the DNS server itself, which only depends on your internet service provider's DNS server settings, when it will resolve our new server. On our side we cannot influence it anyway unfortunatelly.

Google's DNS server can resolve our addresses (it resolved our new DNS server). Once you can reach our Web Portal at https://my.sessionlord.com your IP could resolve the new DNS server form our side and your client will work normally.

It works for others. We still did not get answer from Avast Support.

I had to check again everything before I answer to you.

All of our servers and services are still continuously up and running since 9th of March 10:00 UTC. Or sites, forum, servers and all the others are available for public.

It should work for you too shortly. For all the others whom reported this problem we got feedback that it is working for them also now.

I cant get it too register anything, i think I have everything setup properly, ive read this thread, watched the videos, using Tabs in SNG etc...

it shows the scannning information but it will never register, I just paid for it too.

Just bought your software two days ago and was trinyg to find now some kind of "secure" function that turns-off automatically the autoregister in case it detects inactivity for x time but I din´t find anything like this.

In case it still doesnt have this function I think it´s the most absolutely urgent and necesary update to prevent and avoid the huge risk of being registered to bust..

For mid/high hypers players it´s and absolutely must and the way you suggest on your previous post (setting x limit time or x number of games) it´s not an alternative.I, for example just play until I feel the need to stop for x reason,but that can be 30min,45,63,95..and then press the "OFF" button.

Really scared to think about forgetting someday to press this button :S
