I plan on buying PT4 today when I et home from work. I remember PT3 was hard to set up and get running. Two questions, does it work on America's card room? And do you guys have live support to help me get it going?

PT4 supports the Winning Network, which is the network that America's Cardroom is on. You will find setting up PT4 fairly easy, it includes a simple to use new user wizard that will include the import of your PT3 database. Converting a large database can take a lot of time, so you want to do this overnight when your computer is not too busy. Good luck!

Ok sorry for this basic question that has to be in this thread somewhere but I can't find it, could someone tell me how to add the no. of BB's in a players stack to the HUD in PT3? I usually use M and do the BB's in my head but it would save some time to just have it there. I read somewhere that you have to download it from the site but I went through all the add-on stats on the site and couldn't find it, I'm not sure is it because I have a mac or somethin, also the reason I can't get PT4 yet! Thanks!

That stat is available for free download in the warehouse on the PokerTracker website - search for live stack in BBs.

Thanks Kraada I found the stat on the site! Only problem is when I downloaded the stat it wasn't added to the stats I could chose from... I went to downloads and clicked open with pokertracker and it didn't come up either, I'm using a mac I'm wondering are the add on stats only for windows or something like that? Thanks again!

After you download the stat click Configure --> Configure Statistics in PT3 and go to the Stats tab and click the Import button. Choose the file you downloaded and click OK and the stat will be imported for you.

Hello, i have the trial version of pt3 holdem and omaha, i have this problem, my HUD works perfectly fine in holdem but in omaha it doesnt, i only get the background color and a "-"
in the stats

If you're just starting out with PokerTracker you should really take a look at PT4. PT4 is much improved over PT3, and easier to use. PT3 is no longer on sale and will not be getting any further updates other than bug fixes. There is a free trial for PT4 as well.

To answer your specific question: are the omaha hands importing? Have you made any changes to the Hud?

I was reading artickles how to set up PT4 and was trying to do it for last few days but i neigher i or my friend can do it. It seems i did everything, but HUD do not appear also it somehow do not recodnise iPoker and shows that it is not instaled in my PC and iPoker is my main room so this gives a bit of trouble for me.

Can someone help me to finish everything using teamviewer? Would be really thankfull for any help.

I was able to run HUD but i cant move stats around on the table and it covers everything. What i need to do to be able to move it?

Hold down the control key to move any component of the HUD on the table. The table is locked by default, you can then save the layout from the HUD menu.

nice, you helped me a lot. Few more questions:

1. is it possible to resize HUD?
2. i have problem with refreshing hands on the HUD. I need to restard HUD to show how many hands i have played. Lets say i play few hands then restard HUD and it showes 5 hands and it does not show new hands and is freezed to 5 hands until i restart it again. How can we fix this?
