Re: PokerTracker 3 (Beta 4 Release - 13-Feb-08)

Ok, now I'm starting to think it might not be a silly mistake on my part but an actual problem.

Just played a couple more short sessions and they are recorded. You can also see that the two missing sessions are recorded here, but has 0 hands for some reason. For some reason all the hands (1900'ish) of those two particular sessions seems to have been filtered out. Although the session result graph have them registered.

The hands have been imported though, as evidenced by the fact that they do show up in the "Player Statistics" window.

If you import these hands into a separate database, do you get the same problem?

Nope. Created a new DB and imported just the hands from these two sessions. And now they show up in the Sessions Tab and there is no difference between the "Players Summary" and "Player Statistics" when I put in the same filter.

Still missing in Session tab and "Player Summary" in the original DB with the exact same filter though.

Can you find the original "AutoImport_xxx.log" file (the 'xxx' is the date in yyyymmdd format) for the import of those sessions (in the bigger database) and attach it to a support ticket on our site? Please explain the problem again briefly when you do.

So do we! Support has always been incredibly important to us, and this new system makes it extremely easy to stay organized and take care of things.

Re: PokerTracker 3 (Beta 4 Release - 13-Feb-08)

it wont load for me. even if i shut down my firewall.

I use session manager on my browser - and it opens the same 8 tabs/pages everytime. Today PT3 wont load. I tried it in IE instead of Flock - same result. Firewall on/off doesnt matter.

Might be an issue with your ISP. We've had activity on the site all day long, and the numbers are normal, so there's nothing wrong with the site.

Do you get a message or does it just hang?
