so it looks like all the hands imported, but from talking to a friend i've heard there's a bug where it's calculating the rake as like $8 per hand, which explains why it has me losing huge when that's not true. is anyone else aware of this and is there anything i can do?

I'm not aware of any rake errors like you describe. If you can find any hands whose results display this anomaly, please attach them to a support ticket and we'll investigate further for you.

Those issues should be fixed in v3.07.7 Beta, but any recent Merge hands you imported prior to that will need to be purged and re-imported.

Does PT3 have something that shows what Range oppenents shove for 5bb, 10bb's etc for tournaments. I believe HEM has a popup that does but I couldn't find anything about PT3 and I searched here and PT3's site. Thanks.

The best thing to do is to create a Support ticket with your details - you should be able to do that without logging in.
If you already did, let me know the ticket number and I'll chase it up for you - otherwise, if you can't create a ticket PM me your details and I'll pass them on to the person in charge.

You can't do it by date, but you can see the last X hands. See the Tutorial: Configuring HUD Options. This request is in our system, but I don't know when it will be added.

Strange - the ticket confirmation emails were going to my Inbox, but your reply went to my spam folder, and the password reset mails weren't going anywhere. I added the support email to my contacts, and now everything is coming to my Inbox including the password reset mails. All is good now, thanks.

Started to play tonight and PT3 is hogging resources something fierce, basically making playing with it open impossible because of all the lag to the poker client.

WTF. I'm running the latest beta and have been since it came out so there shouldn't be anything new from that end. It basically won't open without causing everything to **** up.

If you didn't already, try rebooting. Are you sure it's PT3 that is using the resources?
What site are you playing at? Did their software update?

If you can't see any other issues, check the FAQ: PT3 HUD and report your problem - your logs may give us an idea.

I am playing on 3.07.5, PS on Vista...

This player sat at my table in a MTT with the username {@XXXXXXXX} (X's replace the name, the USER NAME was like {@username} got it?) and that table had a light gray background over it like when you click on a player to see his stats, but the table was completely covered...

My TN short cuts would not work, and I could not click any action buttons... It then prevented any other tables to open in PS as well. I had to STOP HUD and restart PS in order to get more tables opened...

is this a known issue? fix in current beta?

I've been playing on FullTiltPoker for the past 9 months and only recently gotten myself pokertracker3.

I have tried to play around with the program (PT3) and is there a way I can add-on 3-bet and 4-bet preflop information/data onto a player's information when I rightclick on a player?
