i have a couple of freeroll tournaments in my database that i want to delete because i think they're causing a problem with creating an alias (i just submitted a ticket and log file about it). is there any way to just delete those tournaments from the db? i found one post from a while back that said deleting selective data wasn't available yet but should be by the time of the commercial release, but i still can't find an option to do so or anything. thanks.

Yes this is fine. Just untick "move processed files" in PT3 for now, or make sure you don't stop auto-import while you are still playing PLO.

i am not loving the new HUD on PT3.

1. I dont get why the player name needs to be written there? that seems redundant.

2. I think it was easier to read stats on the old HUD. this one is so much smaller and harder to see.

Are you running Beta 13? If not you should download and install Beta 13 Without PostgreSQL and it should fix this SB error. If you have any hands that should have imported as steal attempts but did not, please submit those hand histories as attachments to our support system and we will make sure to correct the issue.

I'm not sure what could be causing your raise BB vs Steal Attempt summary to be incorrect. Perhaps you imported some hands a while back when we still had errors with these statistics, and those errors are still recurring? (Has anyone else seen this issue?)

Unfortunately selective purge is still not available. We have been focusing our development on fixing known issues with the HUD and its stability. Once we get these issues sorted completely we will go back to adding in new features and this will be one of the first new features added.

I have my PT3 set to display my stats at that particular table while I'm playing, but my stats only display about 1/3rd of the time (while all the other players stats are on the table, mine are not).

How can I fix this?

Please download Beta 13 (without PostgreSQL) from the download page and install it. It should fix this error.

If you PM me the ticket numbers, I will check on the status of those tickets. It is likely that they are currently in Josh's inbox awaiting review. Once he has gotten to them he will get back to you, but as I said if you PM me the numbers I'll make sure that's where the ticket is.

Beta releases are put out to test fixes, so if any of those issues affect you, yes you could try the beta version. At the moment, beta 13 fixes a lot of the HUD issues for a lot of people, so if you have problems please try it.

First, please check you have no filters set, click "Clear".
Filters don't affect all reports.
