Re: PokerTracker 3: Beta Released

It probably doesn't start because it checks the homepage for updates and doesn't initialize until the homepage has responded.... and PT3.com is down right now.

Hahaha, are you serious? Just brilliant; "Hey let's make software that doesn't work if our website is down"

Re: PokerTracker 3: Beta Released

I saw this thread and I was all excited to start using it... Then I find that every link on here doesn't work. Nice...

Maybe it's a sign I should just wait until the commercial version is out... What's the estimated release date on that?

I have it up and running but I can't figure out how to let PT know which player is me. I've found myself and added my aliases but how do I now set "me" as the default player?

The interface for this function hasn't been added yet. For now, you'll have to search on your player name.

Btw, looks like the website is doing okay now again.

I seem to be having this issue as well, PT3 is very white and washed out on my screen. I'm using Vista Aero.

In this screen shot airlines777 and KQs are selected but I can barely see them. Maybe I'm just so used to it but I much prefer the dark grey of PT2.

Also on a more personal taste matter will we eventually be able to change the colour that amounts are shown in, I've always prefered blue to the standard green for positive amounts?

I'm really looking forward to playing with this product!

Thanks devilboy, one of the biggest complaints (or rather the biggest) I have with HM is the hud, its kinda ugly, or I'm just so used to PAHUD that I can't stand looking at it. I just basically hope that PAHUD will always work with pt3, or that the beta will look basically just like the HUD we have now but doesn't have to deal with database cache and more features.

database cache
I would think that a fully integrated HUD would eliminate the need for db caching no?

There is no "all-in" stat at the moment that is HUD ready (of course you can do this in any report) but you will see that player abc has a PFR of 75% when it is unopened and he is on the button with between 6 and 8 bb's remaining, for example.
Quoted from one of the HM threads in reference to sng play. Will PT3 be able to do anything like this?

Re: PokerTracker 3: Beta Released

Good job! It seems great so far.

Looking into someone else hands on my DB, PT3 counted his number of hands in negative for one of his session. It is positive for the others and he has -225 hands for that one, it shows: (225).
