Hey. Anyway in reports to export data or somehow look at the hand data in a 13*13 grid? So for example, what a 3bet range from BB looks like.

Unfortunately exporting a hand grid isn't possible.

An button open raise would be a steal so you should add a filter for facing a steal to filter out hands with limpers and this will also filter out hands where the SB calls/3bets in-between.

What's the best way to do it when I want to filter for every hand where I've won or lost at least 10bb?

Should I use the amount won/lost or the bb amount contribution filter?

You can use either but if you want to see wins & losses together then using a contribution amount filter isn't specific to either winning or losing the hand.

only able to get hud to pop up on one table for ignition lately... usually like to play two. Not sure if the hand grabber is working at all for the second table.

Please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Click 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' before you start Ignition. Take a seat at one table, allow the HUD to appear before you open a second table and if you then have any problem with having a HUD not appearing then take a screenshot and attach that to a Support Ticket with your Ignition support bundle:

For rakeback you will need to add a custom statistic and these are available for download in our Custom Stat Warehouse. To import statistics into PokerTracker 4 either use 'File -> Import Statistic' or go to 'Configure -> Statistics' and click the 'Options' button. I built a custom HUD, but was unable to figure out how to add the hand replayed/summary that appears on your default cash game HUD that quickly flashes what hand hero and villain has on the poker client before next hand is dealt.

In PokerTracker 4 go to 'HUD -> Edit HUD Options and you can enable the checkbox for the display of mucked cards on the 'General Settings' tab.

Hand Grabber not working on Ignition/Bovada after their latest update,

Please reboot your computer and then try again. If the Ignition software updates while the grabber is connected it may not be able to reconnect successfully after the update, but a clean restart should resolve that.
If it still doesn't work after that please create an Ignition Hand Grabber support bundle and attach it to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate further.

If you want the player to have made a CBet and then folded to a raise you will want 'Fold to Raise After F CBet' (the other one doesn't specify that the player made a cbet).
If the player has to be in position then you can set the Hud property "Has Position" to 'In Position on Flop' in the Hud Editor.

Maybe someone can help figure out why I get an error with this custom made statistic:

(cnt_pfr / cnt_pfr_opp) * (1 - (cnt_p_3bet_def_action_fold_when_open_raised / cnt_p_3bet_def_opp_when_open_raised)) * 100

I'm basically trying to get the "PFR" stat to multiply by the inverse of the "Fold to PF 3Bet After Raise" stat to get a total percentage of hands I'm facing when they call or 4-bet me. Instead, I just get an error. Thanks in advance to anyone who can simmer my woes.

What is the specific error you are receiving? I copied/pasted the value expression you posted into PokerTracker 4 and it validates without any error:

It generates an error during play with the HUD. It says "Value: Error: Expression: Invalid expression given (QE_Token: Cannot convert value to integer)"

I'll try and add .0 after the 1 to see if that helps, but I doubt it.

Edit: Wow! It worked. I had to add .0 to both the 1 and the 100.

Does PT4 record tournament results correctly for stars and all the sites? And by that I mean like it records rebuys and reentries and addons correctly?


Do you ever have to import after a session for the results to be updated?

Detailed tournament information is not provided by every poker site so it might not be possible to determine results on those sites that do not provide this information in their hand history/tournament files.

Tournament detection runs after a tournament finishes so there shouldn't be any need to import from those same files again.

So is it normal for hand grabber / live play hud to just not work half the time and break half the time in the middle of a session lol

HuD breaks daily... Ignition hand grabber just stops being able to recognize any tables. Often the only thing that fixes is full system reboot. Maybe 50/50 I can just close ignition and pt4 and reopen everything and that fixes it. Always a bummer to have to do the full reboot. Especially when it just breaks again an hour into a session :X.

If you are having trouble with the HUD then when this issue occurs go to 'PokerTracker -> Apps -> Ignition Hand Grabber -> Status' before you restart anything. In the Status window, click the 'Gear' icon and select 'Create Support Bundle'. Save this file to your computer and then please attach it to a Support Ticket here where we can follow up with you:

It's been like 6months WPN introduced 4 max tables... are you planning to support them?

The hud icon show up when playing... and pt4 import the hands... so what is the problem? why the hud doesnt show up while playing?
Is it that hard to make it work?
