is anyone able to get pt4 to work with wsop.com? I know it can be done, i know u can't use the hud. I got the hand histories from wsop.com support, just can't get them to import. The problem is with the file format/formatting. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi guys, I just installed PokerTracker. It's showing me 150 games of STT SnG's @ $0.50, however somehow for half the games it doesn't know which position I finished. As a result the data is pretty useless. What's the reason for this and how can I fix it?

Request a Playing Audit from PokerStars support in CSV format and in PT4 go to Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk and import that file once you have it and that should update all of your results correctly.

Thanks, I tried that and it didn't work. I also created new DBs several times and tried loading the audit and the hand histories in different order. Eventually somewhere in this process, I purged the hands because I was not aware that by default PokerTracker moves the files rather than copying them and thus purging deletes them entirely from my drive. Hand history is now gone. Fortunately it was only 15k hands; I'll make a hard copy next time.

You can find the location we move the hands in Configure -> Site & Import Settings -> Preferences. Unless you deleted them from there as well they should still be in the processed folder.

Please send us the hand history and audit file that aren't working right via our support system and we'll see what we can do for you.

I paid with bitcoin a couple of hours ago but didn't put my name in the note field as requested. I have a support ticket open but it's taken 12 hours between responses every time. I did respond to the support ticket again with my payment ID, is there anything else I can do to make this happen faster? It would be nice to use PT4 today since I won't be able to play again for a while.

Hello, I'm changing computers and I want to relocate my Database (or at least part of it, maybe 1 year recent, that is possible, right?) for my new computer.
I think what I'm looking for is Backup? Can you confirm, please?
Also, after the backup, on my new computer, was is the proceeding?

However, if you only want to transfer hands from a certain date range then you would need to export those hands from your old computer and import them to your new computer. Tutorial: Exporting Sessions

Is there a way to run a filter to see hands played by all players that meet a certain criteria?

For example, I'd like to be able to see all hands from all players where the Button raised, Small Blind 3-bet and the Button called. Is this possible?

Yes.

The easiest way to do this is to go to My Reports and create a new Hand report. Go into Filters -> Filter Expressions and untick the Active Player filter there. Then in the Simple Filters area filter for the hands you want from the perspective of any one player in the hand and you'll see all hands that match. In your example, you could filter for active player in position 0 who attempted a steal, faced a 3bet and called and you can get the 3bettor's position in Hand Details -> Player Position to specify that it was from the small blind.

A further change was made in v4.14.18 so that bounties should be handled correctly now. This won't affect any tournaments already in your database, so you would need to purge and re-import any affected tournaments.

If you have any tournaments which still import incorrectly in v4.14.18 please attach the full original hand history file to a Support Ticket and tell us what is wrong so that we can get it sorted.

Hi,

I was having some low memory issues on my laptop and so I had microsoft support come in through remote access to check out the problem. They deleted a bunch of temp files to help with the memory issue. Now when I try to open PT4 it's showing the following error:

Bounties should be working. Please try re-running tournament detection in the Edit Tournaments Results area (which you can find in the left hand sidebar of View Stats -> Results) on the affected tournaments and that ought to fix them. If it doesn't, please send us the tournaments affected as described above.

For more on how My C Net Adjusted works see this guide. The principle is the same, just not graphed.

Hi, i just installed and bought PT4 on mac for micros, first time using an hud, and soon after installing,i get a small box named 'configure postgreSQL server' it has values i just randomly click ok and i get a message 'unable to connect to this database, please check the configuration'. I kinda suck with softwares and computers (I'm on mac) and i'd need some help figure this out please?

In that case please attach the full original hand history file for one of the tournaments which imports incorrectly to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate. The development team will need to see an example of what is wrong in order to be able to fix it.

See our configuration guide for your site for details on how to configure PT4 to import hands from your site.

Once hands are importing the name should appear in the sidebar automatically. If you set the new player as the active Player in the Player drop down on the left hand sidebar it should remain the active player until you change it, and you can combine it with your stats on other sites by creating a Player Alias.
