Did you follow the order discussed in the link posted in the prior post? The majority of the problems we find with Zoom is from users not following the specific order needed to display the Zoom HUD. If you followed this order and it still does not work, then contact our support team and we will be happy to help.

This is something we are considering for inclusion in PT at a later date, it is a potential feature that is not scheduled for the commercial release of PokerTracker however.

PS: Yes, my response is intentionally non-committal. Time will tell... we don't like to show our hand prematurely.

Live BB amt should be working in v4.01.19 - it's working for me and I haven't seen any other reports of problems.
(Note that live stats don't work at Zoom tables due to the way the tables work - specifically because there is no "last" hand.)

As explained in the IPN Site Configuration Guide, preferred seating is not supported on this network.

To the best of my knowledge, yes. Works fine for me. Are you sure you are using the latest Beta of PT4? As stated in the prior post, if you cannot get the HUD to work on Omaha tables then your best bet is to contact our support team so we can help guide you to success.

GtechG2 (formerly known as Boss) and the International Poker Network (one of the networks which use the Gtech G2 software) just added preferred seating fairly recently but as explained in the Guide I previously provided, PokerTracker does not yet support preferred seating on this network. Maybe in the future... this is on our radar for sure.

As for the positioning of the on table HUD stats, this is due to a known problem with GTechG2's lack of critical data needed in the hand histories. In order for PokerTracker to properly place the HUD, our software needs to know how many seats are available at the table. For example, say you are seated at an 8 handed table but playing heads up vs 1 other player while waiting for a game to start - PokerTracker 4 has no way of knowing if you are seated at a heads up table, a 6 max table, or an 8, 9 or 10 max table which means PokerTracker cannot properly place the HUD stats without your manual interaction. Luckily, we have a solution for that! In the HUD menu we added an option while playing on sites like PokerHeaven which does not include table size information,
select Treat As and then choose the proper table size.

It is ready to be used NOW, the BETA is free, no need to wait! Although we are still in BETA, the truth is that there are very few bugs; PokerTracker 4 is really rock solid. In fact we just finished a system-wide review of all of the remaining issues to fix, we were surprised at how few outstanding issues there are.


PS: We will not comment on an actual commercial release date until the week or two before we go on sale, we like to keep our cards close to our chest ;-)

How can I see all abbreviations on the HUD? I mean for some stats works, but not for all.

Click Configure, then select Statistics. Type in the name of the stat in the search area, the description for each stat will be shown.

In the HUD you can get the full name of the stat by hovering over the stat, a tool tip will be displayed showing the name of the stat, the current session results, and the lifetime (filtered) results.

Sry I was wrong, didn't not explained well I guess.
I mean on the hud I have few stats without any abbreviation, so I could get confuse because it shows only numbers and I would like to see something that tell me for example: AFq, PFR, CBF etc...
