When I first join table my hud is all over the place, the same happens if I'm starting the table the hud for heads up is messed up. This has always happened to me but now that my hud is a lot larger it is extremely annoying. So far that I can't even sit down unless I disable the hud for couple of hands, and even then I can't see cards. How do I save my layout for only two players on 6 max table etc. As far as I can tell I can only save it as a default layout but then it's messed up again when the table is full. Hopefully you can understand me, if not I'm attaching a picture of my example (and yes I did re-arange my hud stats, clicked lock&save layout and make a default profile on active table)

It sounds like the HUD repositions once you're dealt in? That is going to happen when Preferred Seating is enabled and there's nothing we can really do about it.

One feature that might work well for you though is setting the Table Group of your HUD to Display Type "Lower Opacity Until Mouse Over" -- that will make your HUD groups more transparent until you move your mouse over them, and thus make it much easier to see what is going on at the table without getting distracted. You can set this up in the Hud -> Edit Hud Profiles area.

Got this when I loaded up PT4 today.

Updated from 4.11.8 to 4.11.11, and the same thing came up again. Pretty sure it's a false positive, anyone else had this?

Ah, yes, I see your point. I will consult with our team to see if we can review the grouping.

To clarify, this is caused by the poker network, which means it is not a problem that we can fix within PokerTracker. The hand history reports your actual seat in the game, but it does not report your preferred seat - this means PokerTracker cannot properly adjust the HUD until you have played your first hand.

That is a false positive, you can safely ignore that threat.

Sorry - that was the intention but I realize that I set it up incorrectly. I have now uploaded a new version of the stat which should group as you want.
Please delete the stat in Configure > Statistics then download and install the stat again.

but it would be nice to have a possibility to save a default layout before pt4 reads stuff from hand histories

No, float turn is calling a flop cbet and betting the turn when checked to. 3bet+ pot means 3bet pot or higher (so a 4bet pot, 5bet pot, etc would also qualify; obviously as it gets higher these will require deeper stacks to be relevant).

That wouldn't help because until PokerTracker knows where you are you could be in any one of the seats -- and so it will be out of position most of the time until a hand has been read. There's nothing we can do about that.

Hi.

On stars's spin & gos PT palces the HUDs randomly - sometimes next to the correct person, most often to the incorrect person.

Going into stars>options>preferred seating can't help me here, because S&Gs are only 3-handed and there isn't an option for preferred seat in 3-man tables.

My HUDs are aligned correctly in all other formats.

Any idea how I fix this?
Thanks.

We advise using the Auto-Center preferred seating mode in PokerStars, and matching that preference in PokerTracker 4. Let us know if this does not solve your issue.

Our parent company Max Value Software is a privately owned company. We do not disclose sales figures to the public, but we can share that Holdem Manager and PokerTracker together help empower the maintenance of online poker liquidity worldwide. Many of the online poker opponents you may face are likely to own either PokerTracker or Holdem Manager.

Intertops is on the Revolution Poker Network. We have legacy Windows support for Revolution, but support is not ideal due to features missing in the poker client.

I am running stable version of PT4 4.11.11 on Mac OSX 10.10 and am aware that HUD only works on the first desktop. When I swipe to the other desktop and come back to #1, HUD disappears. I am then required to restart HUD manually for it to show. Can you please help me fix?

I'm having a problem where as i move my mouse around a table, stats boxes will pop up for a specific player (different stat depending on where my mouse is). I believe this is after i click on a specific player to check stats or something.

Can't figure out a way to post a picture.

This is a known issue, and I am afraid it's one we cannot address. I assume your using Yosemite, yes? This occurs because PokerTracker 4 is designed to remain compatible with older OSX versions, which means we cannot take advantage of the newer APIs needed to improve desktop space management in the newer OSX releases.

Our suggestion is to only use Desktop 1 while playing poker with PokerTracker 4, and do not change desktops during your sessions. I assume we will be able to address this in future versions of PokerTracker, but I do not think it can be addressed in PokerTracker 4 due to compatability requirements.

I believe what you are discussing is what is called a "tool tip" like shown in the picture below, is that correct? This is a key feature of the PokerTracker 4 HUD and is intended to work this way. Hovering over any stat will provide a tooltip that displays more information about that specific stat - and only that stat.

Yes. The problem I am talking about is that once I have clicked on a player's name to look at the large table (not just hover over their stats) those tooltip boxes will appear when my mouse is in random spots like the middle of the table, and will switch to different stats as I move my mouse around the table. It will switch to a new player if I click on another player's name, and will go away if I click on my own.
