Please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket so we can see what is going on here. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder:

That isn't a built-in stat however there may be a similar stat available if you search our custom stat forum. If you want to build this yourself as a custom statistic see this guide for the basics on custom statistics creation and this guide for a deeper walkthrough.

Having trouble reviewing hands from Tournaments. Admittedly, I know a small fraction of the functions of PT4. I am having trouble reviewing stats. I click the view stats tab, then the "T" tab for tournaments. It shows all my tournaments (WPN) as $0.00 buy ins. Even if I can find which specific tournament I am looking for by number of hands, when I click on it, it shows me no hands from the tournament. Also, it shows no net profit. Am I doing something wrong?

So my software is having several issues right now. I play on ignition and use Ignition card catcher with PT4. Some of the stuff that is going on:

sometimes when multi tabling, my HUD wil be working on 3/4 tables, but wont pop up on one... However when i replay a hand in the replayer, the HUD will pop up in the replayer window.. . Also, ICC will recognize the replayer as an actual table. Sometimes it even identifies the Ignition Lobby as a table. Also it sometimes identifies .50/1 games as $1/2. Just alot of screwey stuff going on. I think this all started after i uprgraded from small stakes to high stakes, but not exactly sure when, it could aslo have something to do with the igntion updates.

I originally posted this in the ignition card catcher thread, because i thought that was the problem,and they said that "This has to do w/ your database, not ICC. Whatever HUD you're using is recognizing the table (I'm assuming HM2 because it seems to do this the most), and apply the hud overlay."
(i do use PT4 not HM2)
Anyways, i am fairly new to this, and am having trouble fixing this by mylsef. If i could get some help it would be greatly appreciated.

Also i just started playing a session, and within the first 2 hands, it says there are 46 duplicates.

To import all those hand histories you can go to Tools > Setup Assistance > Configure Sites and hit next all the way till the end that way PT4 will detect those unimported HHs and import them.

Unfortunately WPN do not provide tournament summary information, and until they do there are no results for PokerTracker 4 to import. For single table tournaments we can usually infer the prizes from the tournament structure and buy-ins, but that isn't possible for multi table tournaments. For any tournaments with incorrect data you can update the information manually using the Tournament Results window. We have also recently added support for importing WPN tournament info from web pages - see this guide for details.

In any report which shows your individual hands one per row there are filters above the report, specifically the checkbox labeled 'Show Marked Hands Only' and the drop down for tagging. Make certain that checkbox is unchecked and that the drop down says 'No Tags Selected' by unchecking any checked tags and you may begin to see data. If you have no tags enabled try resetting the report to the default state. To do this, right click the report and choose 'Configure Report'. In the window that appears, click 'Restore to Default' and click 'OK'. If none of that helps then please take a screenshot and attach that to a Support Ticket so we can see what is going on.

It's not possible to convert NoteTracker notes from one gametype to another at this time so they will need to be manually recreated.

I am now trying to create a custom auto note.

In "filter by" -> "hand position", there is a message "button is 0, 8 is big blind, 9 is small blind".

So,

1. For 6 max table, is CO position represented as 1? HJ as 2 and UTG as 3?

2. For 9 max (full ring) table, CO is 1?, HJ is 2?, MP2 is 3 ?, MP1 is 4? , UTG+1 is 5? UTG is 6?
is 7 missing? UTG for 10 seat table?

im using the ignition hand converter for pt4. its converting hands but when they show up in my graph its not showing the All In EV " the yellow line". does anyone know a way to have it show this metric?

You can filter for the final hand of a tournament with this expression filter (if you only want the bust out hands you will also need to add a simple filter 'Player Lost Hand'):

You can use this expression filter in 'My Reports' by clicking on the filters link and selecting 'Add New Expression Filters'.

There isn't a direct filter for final table hands but if you play the same type of multi table SNG then you could filter for 7 handed play and higher blinds which should be sufficient to filter out the hands early on the first table(s). You can find these filters in 'More Filters -> Game Details -> Tournament Blinds & Antes'. You can also build a filter expression however it would only work on a specific tournament type as the starting stack isn't stored separately in the database. There is an example/discussion of that in this post/thread on our forums.

PokerTracker 4 shows table hours in most reports so if you want to see real hours with multitabling not included you need to use the Overview -> By Date report as that is the only one where hours takes multitabling into account.

Converted hands are not supported so we can't promise that they will work correctly in PokerTracker 4.

Your screenshot indicates you do not have the required .dhh files for the WPN hands so ask your friend to send you those files as well. With regards to the 109.txt file I don't recognise that as an original hand history file so where is that from?

Hi, is there any way to stop PT4 from downloading certain hands from pokerstars? Don't want my drunk poker playing hands to be in my stats, but every time I click on 'get hands while playing' the next day, it downloads the hands from the previous night.

Also, i'm absolutely terrible with technology, how do I post graphs from PT4 on here? Is there any easier way of searching for particular hands from a session rather than having to make a note of the hole cards, the time etc then manually searching? Always takes me ages lol.

That isn't possible so you will either need to temporarily disable the option to save hands in PokerStars for those sessions or manually delete the hand history files in your PokerStars hand history folder before you use PokerTracker 4 again. Also hands that have already imported can be purged from your database.

You can tag hands via the PT-icon on the tables or by right clicking on the hand in PokerTracker 4 which makes them easier to find later - see this guide for details.
