Please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file and that will help us figure out what's going on here. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder. Please also include a screenshot of the mucked cards after clicking the PT-icon and selecting "Configure Mucked Cards" and a screenshot of the mucked cards displayed when a hand is finished.

Please let me know your support ticket number so I can look that up for you.

Is there a way to auto space the columns to where they expand to full width, so I can read the top? They're all squished, and it is annoying having to space them manually.

That looks like you are using Windows magnification and PokerTracker 4 does not yet handle magnification properly so some windows/text won't look right at higher magnifications. We do intend to make PokerTracker fully DPI aware in the future as we're aware that high resolution screens are becoming more common but this is not a simple change.

searched this thread (not very hard tho) and was unable to find an answer. making a custom HUD for bodog/bovada, want to truncate the player name short stat to the first two characters (ie; "P1") instead of the default five characters. possible?

You can duplicate the existing 'Player Name Short' statistic via the 'Options' button in 'Configure -> Statistics'. In the duplicated stat edit the 'Format Type' on the 'Definition' tab from ignore_formatting(trim(this,5)) to ignore_formatting(trim(this,2)). The final step is to add the new stat to your HUD Profile as you would for any other stat.

is there a way to have to have My HUD stats display different from villians? I.E. I just want a couple of stats for my self in session showing, but full profile for my opponents

under edit HUD profiles -> create a group for 'everyone but hero' and add villain stats. create another group for 'hero only' and add the stats you want to see for yourself

Problem is PT4 isn't distinguishing between Hero and Villian, so depending on where I'm seated dictates what will be hero. This problem is probably because I'm using a card catcher,

Anyone have a work around?

Converted hands are not supported so we can't promise that they will work correctly however the "Hero" in PokerTracker 4 is a player who was shown with known dealt hole cards at the start of a hand so if those hand histories have multiple known cards then there will be multiple heroes.

Hi,

one player, who had more EV than me, got it all in pre vs me and a third player. Vs third player the money went in otf. I was a dog both times the money went in but scooped the pot anyway.

My PT4 shows no AI-Equity and All-In Adjusted Game Currency just as my Won.



As you can see in the replayer, my Equity otf was 17%.



I have no idea whats happening here, since the replayer seems to recognize my equity and the report doesn't.

Any chance you could explain to me what's going on?

Since 3/19 PokerTracker hasn't been calculating All-in Equity for me. The column just shows blank. I'm guessing I updated to v4.14.23 at this time.

This problem is at least on MPN+Party PLo, probably NL too.

When you go all-in pre in multiway pot, and other players proceed to wager bets postflop and if you a) win the pot PT4 shows you getting it in with the equity you had on the last street where other players wagered chips b) lose the pot PT4 shows you getting it in with 0%. (All-in EV adjusted)

Apologies if this has been addressed, but I didn't see anything about it in my brief search.

I'm having issues with my PT4 on Mac OS X reading in MTTs on WPN (ACR). SNG's seem to work correctly, but it reads every MTT buyin as $0 and always says cashed for $0. Any help would be appreciated wrt what I can do to fix this going forward, and if possible, apply to past played tournaments. Thanks..

Unfortunately WPN do not provide tournament summary information, and until they do there are no results for PokerTracker 4 to import. For single table tournaments we can usually infer the prizes from the tournament structure and buy-ins, but that isn't possible for multi table tournaments. For any tournaments with incorrect data you can update the information manually using the Tournament Results window.

is there a way to make the font size for the hud bigger?

Yes. You can do this for all stats at once instead of individually by going into "HUD -> Edit HUD Profiles", selecting your profile and clicking the first stat in the Group Items list in the HUD Editor and then shift-clicking the last. Now you can change the font of all the selected stats at once under 'Item Properties'. If you want to change just a subset to match, you can use ctrl+click to highlight individuals in that area or in the bottom left pane of the editor.

Is there a way that PT4 tracks your earned Bounties in the PSKOs on Stars correctly besides adding them manually? (Which is a ****load of work?)

Unfortunately not at this time. PokerTracker 4 stores the value of a bounty and the number of bounties won and progressive bounty tournaments don't fit with this model. The development team are aware of this issue so if you would like automated notification on that you can create a Support Ticket.

Not sure if mentioned already but, is there going to be an update for party's new MTT layout as everything now seems to be 8 max. I've set my hud in the desired locations and saved and locked but any new table it seems to be completely out pf each and scrambled stats in the wrong locations.

Or is there something else I'm missing?

I play around 1.5kish hands during my average session. I find that I do poorly when I review my win/loss rate in small volume. I concentrate too much on how much I'm up, stuck, etc. Ideally I'd like to be able to review my results after around 10k+ hands. I do, however, like to review hands. Is there a way I can review hands without seeing how much I'm up or down?

Is anyone available to help me configure PT4? I get hands while playing, and most of the results import properly. However, almost none of the tournament cashes are showing up. I play on ACR. I'll pay a reasonable fee.

horrible performance on mac when more than 6 tables, fans get at max and all the software gets laggy and really slow, only gets like that when PT4 is running along.

I am on macbook pro retina mid 14 which is core i5 and 8gb of ram, on an ssd, i think that is more than enough, but still, getting really low performance....
