Its to bad you don't have a setting, that PT4 will only show the hands played during the specific day i.e. Monday 12am-12pm regardless of playing a session past 24 hours of "Day starts at"

My PT4 is missing the LeakTracker button. (The row of buttons goes: Results-->Statistics-->MyReports-->Graphs). I purchased a registration code and then installed the latest version, but the button is still not there. When I initially installed the trial version, it was. Now it's gone. Any thoughts?

Are you in the tournament section (T) of PokerTracker 4? LeakTracker is cash game tool so it's only available in the cash game section ($) of PokerTracker 4.

Yup that was the issue.

On the 888 Blast poker my HuD panels only show up for 2 of my three opponents. It's possible I screwed up when setting it up but I cannot locate the third player's panel anywhere on my screen. Is there a way to reset only this configuration so I can set it up again?

Ps. I'm really not interested in re-aligning across all my other table configurations so only want to do this if it's possible to do it for this 4max configuration on 888 only.

If you don't want to reconfigure all your tables you may be able to work around this by changing a configuration setting in the PokerTracker.cfg file as follows:

1. Start PokerTracker 4.

2. Select 'File > Open User Data Folder'.

3. Close PokerTracker 4.

4. In the window that opened go to the Config folder and open the 'PokerTracker.cfg' file in Notepad.

5. Find the section labelled [Hud] and add a line straight after that like this:

[Hud]
CoverOverlap=300

6. Save the change.

7. This will give you extra HUD area to locate the missing players HUD although if you still don't see it you can try a higher value. Note that the larger you make this the more work the HUD needs to do so once you have recovered the players HUD remove the 'CoverOverlap' entry from the 'PokerTracker.cfg' file.

Hello! I need a little help
My problem is that the pokertracker hud disapears on 4-5 tables when I change the felt color, or the background color, or anything else in the table themes. It comes back after ~20 seconds. It's really bad because I change the felt color when I reach different changes on a tournament. I've already written to the pokertracker support but they couldn't help. Is there anybody who had the same problem and could fix it? Btw I know 3 people who have the same problem :S
I hope somebody could help me, thank you in advance.

Did u try to upgrade your postgresql version? Normally that happens when you upgrade your postgresql version, try to create a new DB without having one active.

I dont know what is your PC configuration nor the size of your DB but you can try running a custom rebuild cache that will improve DB performance a bit, if you need further and more personalized service regarding all aspects of PT4 leave me your skype here, cheers.

You can add a stat to your Hud to see the results of your opponents that you have in your database, but all PokerTracker data is from your own tournaments (those imported to PokerTracker).

I recently changed timezone on stars, since I want each new day to start at midnight, but can't seem to get it to work, also currently my graph did not include my last games played. The games are registered but just not included in the graph.

Seems all a bit messy now, and no idea how to fix this.

Please help me out.

You need to go to Configure > Reporting Options > My Day Starts at and make sure its set to 12 Midnight

How do I adjust where the mucked cards and board appear when the hand ends?

You need to go to HUD > Edit HUD Options > General Settings and uncheck these options below...

what I meant was I need to move there position, on the left side the cards are barely on the table and you cant see them

You can move and configure the mucked cards display in the same way as the HUD so if they are not displaying where you want you can click the PT-icon and select "Configure Mucked Cards" and adjust those positions. When you have the mucked cards placed where you want on the table you should then save the new positions by clicking the PT-icon and choosing "Save Layout".

^^^I've done this but, there do not all show up where I placed and saved them, particular on the left side of full ring table, they appear almost off the table

Just to clarify do you mean the new positions aren't saving after you move the mucked cards and save the layout or that you cannot move some of the existing mucked cards positions because they are almost off the table?

Oh, they are saving as far as in the configuration. I save the mucked card position layout, and when I go back and bring up "Configure Mucked cards" they are still in those positions. But when a hand is over, the mucked cards are not showing up in those spots, it makes no sense. The Huds appear exactly where I saved them. I think if I could move the mucked cards in real time I could grab them and move them- where to position and save the layout.

I opened a ticket that got ignored for 3 days then I posted in the forum and I was told to open a ticket which now gets ignored again... Can I please get some help already?
