Go to HUD > Edit HUD Options > General Settings tab and where it says "Number of Players Filtered" you set up the table size for whatever you want the HUD to tilfer the data for like for example you mention you play a lot of HU and 6max and perhaps some FR on the side too i would set those filters to...

2-2
3-6
7-10

And that means PT4 will only show you data on your HUD for those tables szies especifically.

PD: And may i add waiting 11 years to publish your first post seems a bit of a overkill welcome back tho¡!

Well, now that's I've finally broken the ice, I have another question that I couldn't find the answer to here and on google. Most of (if not all) the MTT re-entry tournaments from ACR are being entered as $0.00 buy-in. I have to manually fix every one. It's a bit tedious. Any word of this happening to anyone else? Any solution?

Just downloaded PT4, ran the set up, followed all auto-configuration prompts, etc. And, nothing.

I can't even find the program to open on my PC. I checked my control panel and it's there. Just nowhere else to be found on the PC. I'm running Windows 10.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately ACR do not provide tournament summary information, and until they do there are no results for PokerTracker 4 to import. For single table tournaments we can usually infer the prizes from the tournament structure and buy-ins, but that isn't possible for multi table tournaments.

Click your Windows Start button then type the following:

pokertracker

Does PokerTracker 4 appear? If so you can right-click it and pin a shortcut for PokerTracker 4 to your Windows start menu and/or taskbar.

It's not there when I search. I scrolled down to the programs beginning with "P" and its not there either. I tried re-installing it from my internet browser's download history. The install and set up took a fraction of the initial time it took, and at the end the program automatically opened. 1,000ish hands appeared to have been imported. Still, I couldn't view or access the hands or any stats. And the HUD doesn't work or even populate. Once I closed the program I couldn't find it again.

Strangely enough some PT4 related programs that weren't there before the download and install show up in my recent programs list: Application Stack Builder, Reload Configuration, and pgAdmin III.

I do have Pokeit installed on my machine. Could that be causing any interference? Or do you have any other ideas?

Thanks

Right-click the PokerTracker 4 installer file and select 'Run As Administrator'. If that does not resolve the trouble please open a Support Ticket and report your problem and one of our technicians can assist you in getting things going.

Thanks. xPISCIVOROUSx helped me get this set up. We found the install file. The program opened, then he pinned it to my task bar. Weird that there's no desktop shortcut.

WPN do not write hand histories for their 'Jackpot' tournaments as you play. It is possible to download histories from the Jackpots lobby and examples have been forwarded to the development team to see if we can support this format. If you want to be automatically notified if support for those files is added in a future update then please open a Support Ticket.

There is a 'Fold River After Call Turn Probe Bet' custom statistic available for download in the Download Warehouse.

Is there a way to filter for Multitable sessions, I'm trying to find my sweet spot statistically. I.E. my results for say 6 tables, 9 tables, and 12 tables.

There isn't a filter or report available for that at this time.

How is my C won calculated?

For my cash game session today, started with a balance of 38.33 on stars. Finished with a balance of 46.66. Means I won 8.33. But on PT4 for my session today in statistics, it says under my C won 11.28, which isn't right. How is this calculated? Am I misunderstanding it?

Winamax has PLO5 but it shows as PLO4 Hi-Lo in tracker. (The replayer only shows four cards, and since text format has 5 cards it doesn't show anything when replaying. Also EV is incorrect, because EV=winnings.)

That would depend on the currencies you are playing on PokerStars, your currency settings in PokerTracker 4 and your currency settings in PokerStars - see this guide for further details. Also please note there is an issue with the latest PokerStars update where it is not writing all hand history files to your computer so you might have incorrect results because of that. This primarily seems to be an issue with Spin & Go games with 6x + multipliers and Zoom games. Until PokerStars resolve this you can request your hand histories again from PokerStars and import them into PokerTracker 4 (Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk) to capture any missed hands.

5 card Omaha is not a supported game at this time. If you attach a sample of hands to a Support Ticket then we can look into blocking the import of these hands so they don't affect your 4 card stats.

Ok, I don't understand what PT4 is doing. I started playing yesterday 3/11 at 5pm EST, and stopped playing at 5am EST today 3/12.

But when I select Date: Today. "Statistics" tab. the numbers didn't make sense, so below I tabbed "All Hands". For some reason, even though I have "Today" selected, I have hands starting at 11PM yesterday 3/11. What the heck is going on, this is making it extremely difficult to transfer my record keepings to my spreadsheet.

I usually have a continuous session from sometime in the afternoon until early morning hours the next day.

However, in my spreadsheet, I calculate how many hours I played/results/ect. on that specific calander day . to make a clean spreadsheet by the date. So there is actually two sessions afternoon, and midnight I add together for simplicity. But PT4 seems to be fighting that.

What's more confusing is that if I filter time to "12am-5am" under "Today, the stats are correct, but session length is off in Results Overview. So sketchy.

1) Why on "Today" is it including hands for the previous day from 11pm-11:59pm. But if I use "Select" date, for Today, It doesn't start including hands until 1:00am.
2) Is my time setting off? It doesn't seem to be because the hands are being played at the times they say.
3) How do I break the sessions at midnight. I certainly cant leave all my tables, log off/on and start a new session.

Thanks

What is your "Day Starts At" setting under "Configure -> Reporting Options" in PokerTracker 4? This option is typically used so that if you play around midnight you can set the to a time you never play such that the day in PokerTracker 4 doesn't change at midnight. Incidentally the clocks also moved forward 1 hour while you were playing (EST changed to EDT).

its set to the 12am., the default I believe. So if I only play sessions from after say 2pm through say 9am the next day what should I set the PT4 "day starts at"

Or what do I do to accommodate for the spring forward?

If you set your 'Day Starts At' to 11am then when you use a 'Today' or 'Yesterday' filter PokerTracker 4 will display 24 hours worth of data from 11am instead so sessions that occur over midnight won't get split into separate days.

If you were playing on PokerStars for example, and the times in the hand histories jump forward an hour, then a single session might now display as two separate sessions as a result.
