What feature(s) are you referring to? Custom statistics? There is no difference between the trial version and the full version except for the limitations listed here.

Hours is a default stat on when viewing the 'Overview' report in 'View Stats > Results > By Date' so if you have removed it you can add it back or reset the report to default by right clicking the report and selecting "Configure Report". In the window that appears, click "Restore to Default" and click "OK". If you have any further trouble please attach a screenshot to a Support Ticket so we can see what is going on.

Yes, "you cannot create or import custom statistics". There's nothing else to test if I already have HM2. Not going to buy it only to make sure it doesn't have any advantages over notecaddy.

Please open a Support Ticket and we can issue you with a trial where you can use custom statistics.

That message is displayed if PokerTracker 4 detects if low memory conditions are detected (less than 1GB RAM or less than 75% free memory) and this normally means a lot of other processes are running which in turn lowers the available memory. Do you still see this if you're not using other applications at the same time? The minimum RAM required for PokerTracker 4 is 3GB and although PokerTracker 4 may work for you with less than 3GB it is not designed to work with all of its features or while multi-tabling with less than the minimum amount of RAM required. For example 2GB may not be enough RAM to play 8 tables at PokerStars with a HUD.

ill test it soon, but have a question

I happen to play a lot of tables, 20+, does that take up way more RAM than someone playing only a few?

also i usually have a few programs running on the side and quite a lot ofbrowsers open surfing the web/streaming music..should I cut that to a minium?

The more tables/programs you have open the more RAM you will be using and you can see your memory usage by program by opening your Windows Task Manager (or Activity Monitor on Mac OSX).

Please check your settings by opening the Carbon/Merge lobby, click 'Settings-> Hand History Settings' and make sure 'Enable Hand History' has a check mark. In PokerTracker 4 click 'Configure -> Site & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> Merge' and make sure the correct folder is configured - if not click 'Add' then navigate to/select that folder. Also make sure 'Get Hands While Playing' on that tab has a check mark.

If that doesn't help please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with your log file. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

How do I exclude certain tournaments from my results? I've been playing $25 Beat the Clock SNGs on Stars. I've been doing alright in them but in PT4 it shows I have a -100% ROI, I'm guessing because they award prize money in a different way than a normal tournament. I've been looking for a way to filter out only $22.50 buyin tournaments but I can't figure it out.

@Dan87 just go to More Filters... and create a filter fo that buy in you want to exclude by going to Game Details > Tournament Buy-Ins > Buyins > Buyins Between and set it to between $20 and $23 (PT4 takes buyins without the rake/Fees i believe) then click on Add to filter and selec the "NOT" feature to filter these out.

My Pokerstars import has just stopped working mid-session. The hh's are being written into files in the correct directory as normal but PT4 is only picking up occasional hands. At the moment I'm playing on 12 tables and it is only picking up the hands from one table. I've checked the text hh files in the folder and they are all present and all have the hh's written properly into them, but the import just isn't recognising them.

I've tried restarting Stars, no luck. I've restarted PT4 and no luck. When I try to close PT4 it hangs on the "stopping getting hands" bit and I have to close it with Task Manager.

Edit - also just tried restarting my entire system and it's still not picking up hands.

Edit 2 - If I go into "View Import Status" it says it's loaded all of the hh files that are currently in the folder and it's just importing hands from one of those files at a rate of about 1 every 30s.

So it seems my problem is that PT4 is importing, just very very slowly. If I load up one table, the hands start to import after a few minutes, but it seems that if I then load up more than one, because it can't keep up with the first it doesn't even get round to checking the hh files from other tables for hands. So basically I end up with a very laggy HUD on one table, and nothing on the rest.

What do these bars mean? Is grey the ideal zone? How do I use this.

I ask because I have lost about 500$ on internet poker with 2-3$ buy ins. I personally think its rigged. Maybe I just suck but can't figure out why I just lose so much(not)

Ok... Well on pokertracker there is a thing called LeakFinder. All of my bars are in the green but it doesn't explain how to interperet them very clearly.

Please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file and that will help us figure out what's going on here. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder. Once you have sent the log I would suggest creating a new database and reimporting some of your newest hand histories and that should allow you to continue using PokerTracker 4 at the tables in the meantime.

To help learn more about each stat and how the stat works you can view the accompanying videos inside of LeakTracker. Click the name of the stat, and on the on the right hand side you will see details on how the stat is calculated along with a video which explains the optimal ranges for the stat.

Is there a way to set up pt4 so that it automatically only shows stats on players for whatever table size you are playing? I play a lot of heads up sngs and so stats get weird if I played someone HU and then I run into them in a 6 Max or 9 Handed SNG or MTT. Tried searching here and on poker tracker website with no luck. Thanks in advance.
