I mean, albeit an über sexy solution for the early release must-have crowd, it doesn't scan logically that you could have the PT4 client running in VM and displaying a HUD for the Os X poker client.
More than happy to help on the Mac alpha/beta testing and will get in line for VM solutions when the next beta keys cycle.

That is correct. I am personally running PT4 on a Windows 7 VM on a Macbook pro, it works great. Here are some good pointers.
1) You will need to assign the VM a lot of ram, 2-3gigs is helpful.
2) You wil get best performance if you host PostgresSQL manually within OS X, and then access Postgress across the VM like a remote server. PokerTracker cannot help you set this up because the methods of accessing PostGres across the VM will differ with each VM hosting application - contact their tech support.
3) Assign extra processors if you have a multi-core machine and have the processors to spare.
