I have been using it fine for the past day, but now my stat is stuck to only read one hand. Villians will jump from a few hands to their actual hands (300+). It seems to happen every few hands where the stats jump. Anything I can do to help? I also posted it on the community forum

With the new upgrade it worked but it seems like it doesnt track rebuys?

edit:

with the filters it would be nice to use more than one buyinfilter.

PokerTracker 4 tracks rebuys and the amount spent per rebuy. if you are having any issues please submit a support request with the hand histories from the tournament, we will investigate to see why the tournament detection system is not catching your rebuys.

As for filters, after you set the first filter click "Add to Filter", this will allow you to build multiple conditions so you can set more than one rebuy filter. You can then AND or OR each filter condition to be as specific as possible. If this is all confusing, then don't worry - we will soon have videos explaining how to use the filter system.

I did import HHs from my HM1 Database and then imported the Playinghistoryaudit from stars, it did track the results but not the rebuys(they are written in the playinghistoryaudit).

Please submit this information via a support ticket. HEM import is brand new in PokerTracker 4, they may be some things we missed such as your rebuy issue. - that is what a beta is for, this process helps us find all the tiny bugs that were previously overlooked before we release the software to the general public. With a software product as vast as PokerTracker 4 we cannot find every bug, we have to rely on the poker community to notify us when problems occur.

The beta preview is compatible with a mac if your use Bootcamp or a VM. The Mac version of PokerTracker 4 will be available a few months after the commercial release of PokerTracker 4 for Windows.

I dont have a lot of time at moment, so I will do that supportticket tomorrow or something. I requested my HHs from pokerstars and I looked through some, does pokerstars even write Rebuys in the Handhistory?

Is PT4 then getting the rebuys from HHs or the Playinghistoryaudit(Would be way better imo)

Ok I looked it up PT4 does not track rebuys from the HHs and it seems it does not track from the playinghistoryaudit either. I made a screenshot and will PM it to you. I will test later with the playinghistoryaudit but at moment it is importing hands.

Ok I imported the playinghistoryaudit again and this time it worked. But something I dont like:

The recognition of tournaments kinda suck, I got:

MTT Turbo Rebuy
MTT 20 Table SNG Rebuy
MTT Rebuy

all for the same form of SNG(3$ 180s Rebuy). Also I would like a feature for Hourlyrate or am I just not finding it?

But I gotta say it looks pretty good overally and I prolly buy it.

We are sorry, but we cannot perform any work without a 27b stroke 6. I'm a bit of a stickler for paperwork you see. I mean, where would we be if we didn't stick to the correct procedures?

I came into this game for adventure. Go anywhere, travel light, get in, get out, wherever there's trouble, a man alone. Now they've got the whole country sectioned off and you can't move without a form. I'm the last of a breed.

Please attach your files to a ticket on the PokerTracker website (click Support at the top) - that makes it much easier to keep track of an issue and get it to our development team.
Please also start a thread in the PT4 Beta forum on the PokerTracker website and post your ticket number - we'll be able to discuss much more easily there.

I think I'm asking the obvious here:

If you were to test the PT4 beta on a Mac using a VM, you'd have to be running your poker client within the VM itself right?

I mean, albeit an über sexy solution for the early release must-have crowd, it doesn't scan logically that you could have the PT4 client running in VM and displaying a HUD for the Os X poker client.

More than happy to help on the Mac alpha/beta testing and will get in line for VM solutions when the next beta keys cycle.

That is correct. I am personally running PT4 on a Windows 7 VM on a Macbook pro, it works great. Here are some good pointers.

1) You will need to assign the VM a lot of ram, 2-3gigs is helpful.

2) You wil get best performance if you host PostgresSQL manually within OS X, and then access Postgress across the VM like a remote server. PokerTracker cannot help you set this up because the methods of accessing PostGres across the VM will differ with each VM hosting application - contact their tech support.

3) Assign extra processors if you have a multi-core machine and have the processors to spare.

Hey! Does PT4 support Enet network? Didn't found anything from this thread but iirc some late-ish update of PT3 do support it.

If a network is supported in PT3, then that network is also supported in PT4. Your covered - Enet is in there!

Even the January date for the public beta is not set in stone - we will proceed to the next phase of release when we meet our development and stability goals. We predict January we will be ready to make the next step, but we do not want to make any guarantees because a positive user experience is the #1 priority.

Isn't it refreshing for a software company to put the stability of it's software ahead of it's own business needs? I think so.
