The trial restrictions were changed some time ago and we need to update the list of restrictions on our website.

The import does NOT stop after 30 minutes - you can continue to import for as long as you like in the trial version.

The restriction which replaced that was the display of the "Trial: please register" message in the Hud.

Hello
I have two problems, which I cannot solve:

1: hud at party poker appears only at cash tables, not MTT.

2: at full tilt rush tables there is no more hud (it did work a few weeks ago)

Thanks for answering
Thomas

I can't get a new HUD profile to save. The name of the profile has saved and is on the list of profiles to choose from. It wont save any stats in the profile. Every time I open it, It is blank.

The other problem I am having is now that I downloaded pt 4. My pt3 is no longer working. I cant use a HUD until I get PT4 working.

I did this and it still crashed after about 187,000 hands. It has happened 3 times now.

So is the hud for zoom on macs still not available?

So I had PT3 on my mac before, now I installed PT4, what exactly do I have to do to make it work with the existing DB? When I try to connect with the default values it says "Unable to connect to this database". I'm pretty sure I did not change the default PT3 DB password when I installed it.

my understanding it won't be available unless the poker clients adjust their hand histories to output the playerlists at the start of each hand; the reason being that iOS doesn't allow programmes to control each other.

tools / setup assistant / convert PT3 database.

there's a different structure to the PT4 database so you'll have to convert it.

an alternate method would be to export all of your PT3 hands into a folder, create a new PT4 database and then import from directory in the import section.

If I open PT4 it pop ups the window with the DB settings, there is no "Tools" menu as PT4 isn't loaded yet, and it won't let me continue without connecting to a DB first.

Creating a new db or trying to connect to an old one?
You should be creating a new one.

As you stated, the username and password, ports etc should all be the same.

I don't have any option to create a new DB.

This is what happens when I open PT4:

Hi Pt4,

I clicked on the 'holdem hand range visualizer' thing in the statistics tab. my computer sucks and does not like it and I get the 'not responding' thing and have to shut the programme. Not a huge problem, I need to get a better computer. But now everytime I click on the statistics tab it instantly stops responding and I have to restart the programme; this makes the whole statistics tab unusable.

I keep updating to the latest build.

Thoughts?

EDIT: IGNORE THIS ^^ With the latest update it seems to have fixed itself

I am primarily a cash game player, but might play a sit and go once in a while just for fun. Can someone please tell me how to get S&G or MTT hands on ACR (WPN) loaded onto PT4? Thanks!

Could this be addressed? I'm having the same problem.

Similar, but not the same. In PT3 starting the HUD is a separate issue, in PokerTracker 4 automated importing is unified with the HUD, these two processes always work together at the same time.

We don't have any other users with this issue, perhaps you are using an older version of PokerTracker 4? Please download and install 4.07.1 and report back to us in this thread with your experience.

ok so I went to the community page, downloaded a pre made HUD that I would like to use, and I go to import profile in the HUD profile editor and it says "Unable to import profile. Reason: This is not a valid profile file." I have tried many different pre made HUDs

Do you have Euro hands in your database? If so, please download the prior version of PokerTracker 4, and then attempt to perform the database cross-grade again. Normally we do not recommend downgrading, but in this situation it is the recommended solution - there is no database update between 4.07 and 4.07.1, this means it is safe to downgrade without performing accidental damage to the database. Before you begin please hold down the Option key when starting PokerTracker 4. After the database from PT3 is imported (or you have saved the logs if a crash occurs - see below) then please create a new database, change the active database to the new clean database, and attempt to edit your HUD profile again. Once again be sure to hold down the Options key when launching so you will be saving the logs when you do this, we need these logs to determine what is occurring on your computer when you attempt to alter a HUD profile.
https://www.pokertracker.com/product...tall-v4.07.dmg

If this downgrade does not work please create a support ticket with your pokertracker4.log file attached, we will need to see that to determine why the crash occurs and where in the process it is happening. Please follow these instructions for submitting a Support Ticket.

Which HUD profile are you attempting to import? Are you sure it is a Profile, and not a HUD Group? HUD Groups are imported into a profile using the disk menu under the Groups section.

PokerTracker knows who is seated at the table and where to place the HUD by relying on hand histories, since a hand history is saved after the hand is complete we never know who is seated at the table with Zoom games. We can accomplish this in Windows due to unique ways to work within the operating system that are not available within the Mac OS, therefore a Zoom HUD is only possible on the Mac if PokerStars provides a file (or the equivalent) which lists each players seated before the start of each new hand. If enough people contact PokerStars to request this additional file, maybe Stars will someday decide to make this option available.. its possible, after all they added Tournament Hand Histories after users requested them.

This is usually caused by an overzealous firewall or sometimes antivirus software - https://www.pokertracker.com/guides/...guration-guide. You are unable to connect because you cannot reach the database server, the password is not the issue based on the warning messages you shared with us. If you continue to have problems, please restart, and contact our support team by creating a support ticket so we can guide you better.

We didn't release anything in the latest build that addressed this, your problem is not a known issue. Sounds like it was solved after performing a cache update, which is something you did not mention in your post, yet it would be the only known solution for such a problem. Glad its working now though!

We discovered the source of this bug yesterday, it affects Mac OS X users who are importing MTTs prior to the end of the tournament, once hand history importing has finished but the tournament summaries are not available. We are working on a fix for this issue right now. - TT

I cant even get a HUD to pop up. I have configured my computer to save hands on my Mac, and the import is running but no PT4 icon appears at any of my regular tables.
