HUD PokerTracker 4 for Windows & Mac OS X - 2+2 Support Thread - Page 514 - Poker Software -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

For whatever reason I can't get "HUD stat values at time of hand" for Hero. These hands are from Ignition Casino and are converted using Ace Poker Solutions' Ignition Hand Converter, which is compatible with PT4.

It's not the same as being able to tag them on the table. You have to pull up the PT4 mainframe over all of your grind layout and click to tag hands in there.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by this is linked to how the operating system works but not PT4. I understand it's a design feature but isn't it designed by PT4?

That is normal Windows behaviour - it is not up to a Window from one application to stop another application promoting a window.

Ok but it's the same deal with HHs that ARE supported by PT4.

I checked that functionality before replying to your first post and that was working for me. If you are having the same trouble with hands from a supported site then please open a Support Ticket with a PokerTracker4.log file that's recorded the trouble so that we can investigate that for you.

Unfortunately Microgaming have decided not to provide full cash game hand histories when you have not contributed to the pot so these hands cannot be imported by PokerTracker 4. See this blog post on the Microgaming site and this post on our forums for further details.

I want to make a bunch of quick filters for segmenting the pots I played into more of a positional situation. Could someone give me an example of simple expressions I could use to filter for a BTN vs. BB single-raised pot, where Hero is the BTN and SB folds.

Hi,

Is it possible to get stats for filtered hand categories? I'm not looking for anything complex, I'm just trying to get my stats in HU hands, but when I set the filter to 2 players dealt into the hand, it still shows me stats for all my 6max hands at that stake.

If you are filtering for 2 players dealt into the hand then your report shouldn't contain stats from hands where more players were dealt in so please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system.

All popup groups attached to your HUD profile should have been exported but you can export/import those separately using the disk icon if you have a couple missing. If you have any further trouble please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with your log file and exported HUD profile. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

Is there a reason why expression filters are limited to the My Reports section only? It seems like it'd be useful in some of the other tabs as well.

The built-in reports are linked meaning that you can access a hand report from a player report e.g. if you are viewing a report grouped by session you can double click on a session to display the individual hands for that session. As far as the custom reports are concerned in order to allow the flexibility in the way that custom reports can be built it wasn't practical to link the player/hand reports like that so they need to be created separately.

Is there any way to set up a different HUD to automatically change when the 6 max table gets to 2 players? I know you can set it up for different table types but can't find a way to set it up when the table gets short.

Idkn if this was mentioned before but i guess you have a bug when copy WPN hands from pt4 to HRC. You say that wpn is supported but the true is that if you tr it it will say that no valid hand format was found. Its weird since this works fine in HM2.
