Match Round I means phase I with chip ev and Match Round II means phase second with ICM.

Trying to convert my HEM2 DB to PT4. My computer seems to be running out of memory (16GB) at around 3,2M of 3,8M hands imported.

Coincidentally, last year I've tried also creating a PT4 DB by exporting all my HHs from HEM2, and then importing the raw text files to PT4. There was some very weird bug, or whatever you wanna call it, that on one of my sites (Winamax) hands after certain date did not get imported at all. HH syntax seemed to be the same, though. Those Wina HHs started probably somewhere ~3M-3,5M hands, if PT4 imports them linearly.

Any ideas? I increased my SSD size by 30GB, so it's probably not even lack of swap memory.

There isn't a simple filter for equity when all-in but you can find custom reports in our Download Warehouse for free download that you can get and edit to meet your needs.


You can open a support request as a guest even without owning PT4. I encourage you to do so and send these to us so that we can investigate further for you.

Is the error happening during the importing process or when the hands are being exported from HM2? If it's during the actual import you can try re-running the conversion in Tools -> Setup Assistant and the second time duplicates will be flagged and discarded and it may be able to complete successfully.

I am trying to import a custom stat. When I click import and click on the stat it says this stat already exists in cash player and to delete it to import but I cant find it anywhere?

https://gyazo.com/d836a8f190fd7091d6909cd2357844dd * *so after about 12 hours it looks like this. *the import finished after maybe 1.5-2 hours, and then did the tournament summaries and I went to sleep. *came back in the morning (set my comp to not go to sleep) and it seems just kinda frozen, time elapsed says 6 hours when its been double that. *I gotta just shut the program down soon as I have to use PT4 to review in a bit... but any advice for when this happens?

Is it a Premium stat? Those are imported automatically but may be hidden by the developer from that window.

Does PT4 correctly track micro gaming anon HU tables and Blaze tables?

Anonymous hands should track OK, but Blaze hands are not supported because MPN only write hand histories when you win a hand (which would lead to hugely biased and irrelevant results and stats).

Is this for Heads up blaze as well, just played a session and it did import the hands and I had a HUD?

Ah yes, for heads-up we have a workaround in place to import the partial hand histories; because your fold ends the action we can interpret how the end of the history should look. This isn't possible for multi-way hands though, of course.

I have the habit of always looking to play my reports to know how my evbb on ... (usually use a filter to filter after the blind 100) .. it happens that two weeks to come ca noticed that when updating these numbers it has decreased
an example .. at some point I'm 100 hands played on that filter evbb 10 ... then I update this count drops to 15 hands with ev bb -40 ...
It is just one example .. but I've been noticing that ... and been very preucupado for how to game time ... and I know my evvbb naum is that way ...
else realize various information in my report is getting blank ... not this changes ... but I've been getting too preucupado it ...
if someone can help me ... not if it's some bug PT4 or need to update something ...

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. If you could include screenshots showing your discrepancy that may help as well.

Hi, I'm having problems with PT4 playing American Cardroom MTTs today. Won't load 2nd table and I keep getting this PT4 error for the 1st table: "Error: Winning Poker Network (Yatahay): Invalid pot size for hand #717305494 (Hand #717305494)".

Please compress the original .dhh and .phh hand history files and attach them to a Support Ticket so that we can see what is wrong with the hand import. If you're not sure which files are which feel free to compress all the files from the appropriate day and attach them.
By default the original hand history files will have been moved to the Processed folder, which you can access via File > Open User Data Folder in the PT4 menu.

When I try to export my database I get this error:

Is there a way to see a hand matrix of certain stats on the "all players report"??

No however there is a hand matrix available using the "Holdem Hand Range Visualizer" report on the "Statistics" tab.

I'm currently use HEM as my main database program. However, I'd like to be able to use PT4 and its HUD for tournaments, while still using HEM for cash games at the same time. Is there a way to do this?

It is not something we officially support but here is a solution that should work if the poker site you play on has independent folders for cash and tournament hands.

Note: This will mean that your hand histories for cash will only automatically import into HM2 and your hand histories for tournaments will only automatically import into PT4. You can of course manually import the hands at a later time if you wish to keep both in sync.

HM2:
Go to Site Setup > Select the applicable site and delete the hand history folder for that site. Now add the folder again but this time go one level down from the default and choose the specific folder where the cash hand histories are imported.

PT4:
Go to Configure > Site and import options. Select the applicable site and remove the current default directory again going one level deeper and select the specific folder where the tournament hand histories are imported.

I highly recommend not trying this if the cash and tournament hands are contained in the same folders. While you could technically run both and disable the HUDs where necessary, without going into detail, some of the issues you will come across might be missing hands and archived hands split across the HM and PT folder.

How do I make all my stats in my HUD the same size at once without having to individually change each one?

You can do this all at once instead of individually by clicking the first stat in the Group Items list in the HUD Editor and then shift-clicking the last. Now you can change the font of all the selected stats at once.

If you want to change just a subset to match, you can use ctrl+click to highlight individuals in that area or in the bottom left pane of the editor.
