woah, nice. thanks. how do i get the report downloaded and into my pt4? my computer says "Safari can’t open the file “all-in_equity_under_51_percent.pt4rpt” because no available application can open it."

If the net won is showing results after rake, how come it seems like my profit is less than the graph line shows? Currency Net Won is the one I use, but it doesn't seem like the profit in my account is the same as the profit shown by that line.

Another question: I have been trying to set up my hud for William Hill.
On one computer the hud works in game, but the graph simply looks like this:

And on my other, the computer finds the location of my hand history, but it doesn't upload it, nor does it show that it is tracking anything. Help?

in "my reports", it's not possible to select multiple quick filters?

is there a way to save filtered "destinations" for instance if you put 4 filters on one Villain it'd be nice if you could save that combination of filters for that Villain in some way so you don't have to click in and out of it if you need to check something else or return to your work later.

That is the table selection 'Hud' and only appears when the table window cannot be uniquely identified from the hand history - e.g. if the tournament ID is different in the hand history and the table window.
We saw some problems with this when the new iPoker software was released but if you're using the latest iPoker client and the latest PT4 version (v4.14.18) then it shouldn't be necessary. PT4 Download Page
If you're having this problem in 4.14.18 try uninstalling the William Hill software, download it from their site again and reinstall.
If you still have the problem please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is going on.

Hi, do you think PT4 runs well on a Intel® Atom™ x5-Z8300 Processor
(2M Cache, up to 1.84 GHz) it's a Quadcore chip mostly used in tablets or cheap laptops.

Nothing obvious springs to mind. Please send us the original hand and an export of the note via our support system and we'll investigate further for you.

It will probably depend on what your usage patterns look like -- how large a database you intend to have, how many tables you play, and whether it has an SSD or HDD for storage.

I'm not sure what you're looking to export - the holdem hand range visualizer shows stats based on that player - it's not weighted. Can you elaborate?

Thanks for the fast reply,

Yeah will mostly play only like 2 tables when I'm travelling, no heavy usage.
It will have a HDD, I dont mind it loading slow as long as it functional and the HUD will work.

I understand you can never really tell me exactly how good/bad it will perform, might just need to go ahead and buy the tablet and hope it works

Let me rephrase, when looking at hand range visualizer for a player, the numbers in the cells represent the % that hands make up their range?

For example, I'm looking at the holdem hand range visualizer for a player's VPIP, and all of the numbers are decimals. If AKo, for example, says 0.75, I should interpret this as .75% of their range?

Or maybe any way to send the range in the visualizer to the equity calculator with weights?

If you have Range selected, those values are the percentage of the actual shown down hands that pair of whole cards comprises. So yes if it says .75 for AKo that means .75% of the time that the player showed down hole cards in the situation selected AKo was their hand. For hands that didn't get to showdown, of course, we do not know hole cards.

Unfortunately it is not possible at this time to export a range from the Rage page of the HHRV for use in the equity calculator to estimate your equity against that range. I will pass that suggestion on to the developers though - I can certainly see a lot of value there.

Hi,

I don't know what I pressed, but suddenly my tourneys over prizes graph has a weird vertical line, it used to be only the $ one (with no doubled numbers...like 13-13-14-14), now it's all weird.....how to change it back to normal? Also now there are two vertical lines? but why? Thanks

The number doubling can happen when you have a fairly small sample in a narrow range - it's not a cause for concern just a display issue. The second one should be treated like it has .50 at the end (so $7.50, $8, $8.50, and so on).

For some reason or another, I can't view any of my hand histories on my trial of PT4. When I go to 'view todays hands' theres nothing there. Any idea what this could be? Probably something daft...

Have you played some hands today, and imported them? e.g. Did you have 'Get Hands While Playing' running while you played, and did you see the hands import in the Import Status page?
Make sure that you have selected the correct game type ($ for cash or T for tournaments), whichever report you're looking at.
To see hands played before today use the View Stats page instead of the Play Poker page, and select your screenname in the Player List dropdown.

Check out the Quick Start Guide for information on configuring PT4 and importing your first hands as well as using reports and the Hud.
