Hopefully, PokerTracker will utilize important real-time information in the future, including time, street-by-street HUD, pot odds, SPR, replay the previous action in the current hand (so multi-tablers will have a clue about what to do on the river), current prize structure, number of rebuys and add-ons, etc.

I'm not looking for vs villain reports, I'm looking for a player summary report similar to this from PT3.

PokerTracker supports 22 different networks... this is a very big job, and it may not be possible on all networks we support because we suspect it may break the terms of service for the majority of sites. Additionally with the fast paced changes in the online poker world a memory tapped solution which is needed for real-time data may work today, but as soon as a software update comes out from the poker room then it may break, putting players out of commission until a fix is made - IF a fix is even possible (fixes for memory based solutions are far more labor intensive than traditional hand histories). As you can see, this is a very complicated issue - it is not as cut and dry as it first appears. I can assure you this is something we commit to continue to look at, but we cannot make any commitments at this time.

Not all cash game reports make sense in a tourney setting, for example the Money Flow Chart wont make sense in a tournament setting. Any report that is logical in a tournament environment that we overlooked previously will be made available given time, we have lots more to add to PT4, remember- we are still in beta!

My sat ships didnt get counted and also the rebuys dont get accounted for always. how can i show you guys this? (on PS btw)

I've been setting up my hud layout. If I unlock the hud in the playback to move and save stats position, they get rest if I change any of the stats in the hud profile editor. I don't know if this is also the case with the layout on pokersites as I've not tryed yet.

Please attach the hand history (and tournament summary if possible) to a support ticket on our website - then we'll be able to examine what caused us to not detect things properly in that situation for you.

Try clicking on the PT Icon and clicking "Save & Lock" and let us know if that works better for you - we've had a few anecdotal reports that it can lead to better results in cases like this.

This report is not included in PokerTracker 4 intentionally because it was not widely used anymore according to the feedback we got from players. Since it was so easy to create a better version for your personal needs using our My Reports tools, we decided to drop this report to help us keep the interface clean and uncluttered. Of course we know that there are some PT3 users who will miss this report, that is why we have made it available as a custom report which you can download here.

We hope this gives you good ideas for more custom reports. If you do, then please share your custom reports with the PokerTracker 4 user community!

Disclaimer: I've never used PokerTracker or any HUD or other poker software (thus, I'm rather clueless).

I got the HUD to work today and used it during a 6-max PLO8 sng. Since I'm new to HUDs, I didn't really use it on which to base my play. Good thing, though. When the first player bombed out, the stats that were by their name stayed and the stats where another player was disappeared. When the 2nd person went out, no problem. But when the third person went out and there were three of us left, there was only one person with stats by their name. The other two sets of stats were there, but not where they should have been. So how do I know whose stats go with who?

The player's names are in the default stat boxes in order to help deal with unfortunate situations like the one you describe. That said we should definitely be seeing boxes for all players at the table. Could you please send us the hand history for that tournament? I'd like to make certain we look into what could have gone wrong here in this instance so that we can figure out what to do to correct it for the future.

Haven't got a code yet but looking forward to trying PT4 out. One question - can you import notes from HM1? I have tons of notes so this is pretty important to me.

Hi. Still trying it out, and the only problem I run in to so far is when i play 5max and hu tables on Boss media (svs) it registers everything as full ring tables

Am I blind or does PT4 not have a Player Pool feature (yet)? To see who the biggest winners in my database are for example.

Edit: Okay just seen that this has been already answered on this page. I'm a bit shocked that is supposedly not used that much. In my opinion it's an incredibly important feature.

We know - that's why you won't lose them

On the Configure --> Sites and Import Options --> Preferences page, do you have Automatically Apply Treat As checked? If not, try checking it and that may fix things for you.

In response to the comments in this thread we've started a thread on our forums that you can find this report in a downloadable and importable form. We hope it will begin to show you the power of the My Reports section.

It was already checked. This is on Svenska Spel on Boss, not regular Boss.
I dont know if it makes a diferens.

Friend who was out missed getting them, and would like to know when and if future codes will come online.

We do not have plans to release more beta codes to the 2+2 community at this time, but we are continuing to release small amounts of beta codes in other communities. Thats all we can say for now, we will post more info as it becomes available. Thnx for asking!

I found last night that, as I was playing, my hands weren't appearing in the "play poker" pane, but they showed up fine in the "view stats/by session" section if I refreshed.

The only thing that has changed from previously is that there was an update to the Stars software.

Another query, and I'm assuming this just hasn't been built in yet, but I can't seem to edit/change the columns in the stats sections? Am I missing something?

This appears to be caused by a time zone difference between the poker site and your computer. Click on Configure-> Reporting Options in the menu bar to bring up the window below, try changing your Day Starts At time so you do not have sessions that are affected by the time zone differences. I find 5AM works good for me where I am located, it is a good mix that matches my schedule and the locations of the sites I play on. You can also try changing the time zone in your poker site's application if that is an available option.



The custom stats system works as designed. You cannot edit default columns, but you can duplicate an existing column or create a new column. This is intentional to make sure default stats are not accidentally altered.

Is there an option to be able to add "bonuses" to the graph or have somewhere to record these? In HEM you could manually add bonuses to the graph.
