I can live with constructive critism like it happend with "gargamel_fk", even if i don't agree on all he told. Afterall i could spot and fix the issue he had (was not seen by others because it was related to interaction of two modules, which most do not have in same time) yesterday. So i could make him a happy customer again. Maybe he will drop a note here too...

Yeah we made it working again. So the problem is solved and I can play again with no problems.
The support was good and fast as in the past.

I still don't agree on the license system but my choice is limmited here to buy or not to buy it.
So i have to accept it as it is now.

it's only what i have working so far, depending on player input i might add other stuff in the future.

While this info might be easy to have in mind for experienced players on texas holdem, it's much more complicated on omaha. Having this info at the table in real time might help you to make good decisions more quickly.

Hi i have got a problem with MTT at Enet Poker.
My problem is that after each hand that HM1 importing from a folder in MTT tournaments where they are converted by the hands of my poker planner HUD does not refresh itself. After each hand I have to manually enter in the table finder, and each time to add a table to display a hud with current statistics. If you do not do my hud does not update, and each player shows me all the time not the actual number of hands. Does anyone know what I can do to make it all work in tournaments? BTW casch 6max games everything works fine ... Perhaps this is related to FR games? Or only in tournaments? Please help and thanks

so far you are the only one who did report this issue. And at least one other is using it on mtt (know this because not long ago i fixed something related). And when cashgame is working fine, and mtt hands get converted and imported by HEM, i have no idea. Would rather than expect it to be an HEM HUD issue (not PokerPLaner HUD)

Anyone got this working with HEM 2? I'm having some problems

basicly it's same as on HEM, but main and ugly difference is, that you ALWAYS have to connect a table to HEM2 HUD via TableFinder after opening it. On HEM you only need to do this once....

As my trial is expired, i cannot look for table finder in hem2, i just know it is there, you need to find it yourself..... but anyway strongly suggest HEM1...

I keep it open all the time, as will my laptop be open all the time (and hibernate when closed). However a week ago or something I restarted it, and all the friends from the buddies list were *poof* gone! I see no option to export the list either, what's going on, where are they saved at least? Don't want to lose them again, I care for my friends!

Also, table scanner will sometimes report inaccurate players/stack tables at a table, although it just scanned them (after I cleared results). What's the reason they differ from the lobby?

As feature requests, I'd like for the scanner to NOT show the tables I'm sittion on or already on the waiting list. Also an option to auto join wait list / tables where people in the buddy list are

you talk about buddies in PokerPlaner FishFinder? Usually settings are stored when you exit the PokerPlaner, if you for instance kill it, changes are not stored.... But at any time you can choose in Main dialog ->Settings->Save for save all changes....

One reason i can imagine is that when Scanner went to the next table, the lobby first shows cached information and update the list a second later.... PokerPlaner does recognize when the playerlist for a table is updated after selecting a new table, but does not know if the list is cached/will be refreshed.

You can already choose to not display table which you are playing on, therefore in Main dialog->Settinmgs->Screenname enter your hero names and in fishfinder filter choose what to show. On Enet info about waiting list is shown on second tab, which PokerPlaner do not scan, therefor you cannot filter out those tables

Already have my Hero name set up but it still shows tables I'm sitting at. Using build 288 though so will update soon and try that way

Any possibility of adding waiting list scan as well? Just for that purpose

OR as it's probably simpler, could you have PP remember the tables it put me on the waiting list and just filter them out on the next scans (for the next X minutes for instance)

some build <294 had a bug regarding heronames....

the OR might something to be worth thinking about, scanning waiting list would be possible, but would ~ double scanning time..... nothing i like to do.

K downloaded 294, but dont want to mess anything up, how to export all the settings / setup to the new one?

just extract new files in present folder.... (but make a backup anyway)

*sigh* it's not working, the buddy list just won't load. So installed everything to a new folder, copied the settings file, the settings are applied except no one in buddy list.

Then I reopened my old version 288, and guess what - no one in the buddy list. Added a player, clicked save, closed and reopened it and only that 1 player is there. Although in the settings file all my saved buddies appear, they just won't load. What to do? Obviously don't want to add everyone manually each time I start poker planner

don't know what you do differnt than me, FishFinder->Settings->Buddies select enet + load.... select a player ">>" add notes + color..... close pokerplaner, reopen.... still there.... even without explicit "save".

EDIT: If you have a " in the text somewhere (playername or notes), this might cause trouble. Remove it if you can....

Some I added like you said most from the player list on the right of fish finder. It doesn't matter since none will load.

Every player name was in " " removed them but the list still won't load. I'm a sad panda so can you please look into this? I will have to add everyone manually now which is of course annoying. I can do a mikogo/tv remote control session over my computer if you want
