Does the chico converter work with betonline/tigergaming SnGs? Would the PT4 hud work, or does it only work with cashgames?

as i wasn't sure i tried on TigerGaming a 6max Sng.... Pt4 Hud was autoattached

I haven't been using PokerPlaner for a few months and now when I just downloaded the latest version I can't start it. In Windows Task Manager it shows 3 PokerPlaner.exe, but it's impossible to end process on them without restarting the computer.. I'm of course starting it as admin.

So, any ideas?

thrird, i would reboot/kill all instances and see if working. as there is no reason why it shouldn't run at all.. make sure pokeplaner is not outside visual area, usual i move it into visual area if outside, but maybe not always working....

Have tried downloading the three latest updates of Pokerplaner with the same result. It's definitely not outside visual view.

if it's three times running, you did start it three times.....

you can also start with a clean folder in case there some issue with your setup

basicly have no idea why it shouldn't popup when started, but likely i can fix it if i would have remote access....

if all not working out, i offer remote setup for 15€, which is free if it's a bug. but i doubth it.....

Got it. Unchecking "run at startup" had not been unlocking boxes to enter orig. and conv. folder. I was entering them after clicking "Convert Folder" since it was only clickable button, but that would not work. I started poker planner with no poker sites running and unchecking run at startup this way allowed me to enter folders in correct places.

Just a little warning to everybody who considers buying:
I bought the software on feb 26th. Just got a new PC cause my old one died and YOU CANT MOVE YOUR LICENSE TO AN OTHER PC!
I tried to find a solution, asked him via skype if I really have to pay the full price again for a software that I bought just recently and he totally ignores me.

Whatever, hopefully my post prevents some others of falling for it and buy somewhere else where they dont have to pay again everytime they change their hardware.

Converter stopped working for ArgenLive. Downloaded latest version of PokerPlanner to see if that would fix it. Moved License to that folder. Now I get this when starting it:

View license info then opening license gives me this:

Edit: Old version still opens, so back to that. Talked to some people who use your competitors converter and they are also having problems. PT4 doesnt seem to be importing hands in real time, but when he stopped import and restarted it found a few hands. HM2 wont do anything with hands converted by PokerPlanner currently.

not sure if there was an update of argenlive.... i suggest a remote session which is ofc free if its broken....

There was an update. It messed up King's hand converter too. They are currently working on a fix.

Mine had been working fine until today. Did the ? button again. currently ~20 hands played, nothing happening

I have serveral poeple moving to pokerplaner because they were unhappy with an competors product. not recall why even if i asked the last one.... i think i will do a note about your reason...^^

100% you cannot expect from any converter, as even the original hh is not always 100% correct. Usually when someone reports a bug (by showing the hand in questions), i do fix if there is something to fix.

i would do convert ONE file for you so you can see if its diffferent than the other one....

^ I understand what you are saying, anyway with the other converter hands are converted but there's something wrong with positions. I also contacted PT4's support and they told me it is a converter issue (basically only 3 player's stats are showed instead of 5).
Does your converter require any input or I can use it right away without any hurdle?
