i guess hands are imported, just the hud does not autoattach to the table. please send me a few hands of a jackpot table and which tracker do you use...

Version expired and update isn't working. I have extracted to same folder and still get the expiration warning.

it obvious that you still have a old version and not successfully updated..... download the zip, close all pokerplaner instances and extract zip to the pokerplaner folder.... and all is ok without any additional work

I figured it out, your update links to a page with all the files instead of just the update and gives an option to DL the whole contents as a ZIP. Would be helpful if you would link to the actual update file in the future.

I was able to use previous versions simply by changing the PC clock so if it's important that you expire these for some reason you should know it isn't effective in keeping users from using previous versions.

it's not that much meant to force people to use new version and there is even someting in, which make changing clock not a good choice...

but i'm plan to add some better way to update pokerplaner....

Just came home from vacation and see that the Europe-bet poker converter doesn't work anymore after the update.

Yes, the last update a week or two ago did break it. First i thought it would be impossible to make it work again. But just now i could implement a solution.

You need build 689+ and on the hh conv page whenever hands are not extracted, press the "?" - Button give it some time while a table with action is open or you select a video history....

EB HH Converter stopped working again after new update...
In fact in my case hands are converted, but PokerPlaner doesn't show any active tables, therefore PT4 HUD isn't working...
history.db is fetching alright as far as I can tell.

I just opened an account at Tiger Gaming (Chico) and am considering making a deposit and playing there, but only if I can get a hand grabber to work w/ HM2 ... and this seems to be that software.

Sorry if I'm being an idiot, but starting from the EPA' PokerPlanner page, I download the latest version (v150822.697) from this page, and now have a file that my Windows 8 machine doesn't know what to do with. Are there some straightforward instructions somewhere that explain what to do with this, how to install it, etc? I skimmed through this thread and looked a the PokerPlanner page, but I'm not seeing any.

PokerPlaner comes without a installer. What you download is just a zip archive, which you extract to a folder and than you run pokerplaner.exe as admin. Win8 cannot natively handle zip files?

Oh, my bad. Actually Chrome was flagging it as a virus (despite me trying to dismiss the warning) so it wasn't arriving as a .zip file. I had to disable my antivirus program and download it with Internet Explorer, and now it's fine. I'll have a look now that it's a file format that I know what to do with. Thanks!

the virus/trojan warning is not surprising. PokerPlaner uses hooking technics and dll injection to ensure the functionality. Same technics is common for malware. chrome recently flags the zip as malware. but you can override this by going to chrome download section, there you can access the zip...

turning off your antivirus progam is a rather bad idea. if a antivirus progam prevents a single program you trust to start, you add only this progam to the antivirus progams exception list... so again, don't turn off you antivirus program even for a sec!!!

I'm trying to set up PT4 for Grand Poker Room. The hands are getting converted properly, and if I manually import them they get into PT4, but when I add the folder as an Auto Import folder in PT4 it seems PT4 does not detect the tables or display the HUD, and the hands are not getting imported. Any ideas why this might be the case?

if you can manual import it and autoimport is not working, my guess is you mixed up the hh format, f.i. generate hh in party format but import as pokerstars..... think on manual import pt4 does detect the format, while on auto you define it yourself by adding the folder to one network
