Hi,

I was interested in a HUD for the chico poker network. Sorry I didn't take the time to read through the thread, I was hoping someone could give me information on where to get a working HUD. Is pokerplaner a HM2 add on?

Thanks

dont buy this crap if you intend to change something at your computer

talked with the dude at skype because my old computer busted so I had to change it and the license stop working, and the only option he gave to me was to pay the full price for another license or look for another software

he doesnt care about customer satisfaction, I could pay double the price but won't because I feel disrespected

OMG.....

Everybody gets a info mail / file BEFORE he buys anything. In it i clearly state a once issued license is bound to the machine and that a license cannot be moved or resold. In the request dialog, where you do request a license, it's also stated.....

Thank you for >>warning<< all, but i'm pretty sure most of my customers are able to read.

And you obviously didn't change something on an existing machine, you changed main componets which define a computer or even got a complete new computer.

If someone for instance just replace his harddisk or graphic card, the issued license would still be valid.

Hello Nortle, I am having some issues with the enet hand converter, Is it for the new update of PT4?? I want to mark hand and I can't because It doesn't appear, The PT4 import the hands slower than before

if pt4 gets slower i would guess your databse just grows.... see no relation to PokerPlaner here.

enet has a rather good hand history quality, only rare errors. so, maybe the hand your looking for was not converted, you would need to look for it. And if converted, check pt4 log for error regarding that hand or reimport it and look than in the log.

there were no changes of enet converter, but you should anyway update to newerst release from time to time

Want to share your story of using poker planer
Use the program about 3 years, sometimes had to buy 2 times a year because of the completely burned down the computer (the author says that the program is tied to the CPU and can not be restored)

Last time I bought a license for the converter about 3 months ago and a few days ago I burned SSD drive with all the data, respectively processors remains the same

I asked the author to send me a license(receive files via Skype instead of email), using a request.txt file that I sent to him for buying

and received the answer from the author of the program:

i don't have your license here anymore. also i keep no history what went on.
in the end it's your duty to keep your license save.

As a result i used program for 3 month, bought for 40 euros! That is 25% of the monthly subsistence minimum in my country and the author says that it\s my duty to keep your license save despite the fact that I did not get it on e-mail.

Resent the attitude of the author of the product to its customers !
all subsequent letters to mail messages and Skype were ignored.

By purchasing the product, you should know that you can not count on any kind of support from the author, but rather become a victim of his boundless greed(I think you will agree that the opportunity to restore the license file is not be taken away from the author, and 2 minutes of time)

... so far so true. (part of resending the issued license)

1. Let me start with, as a SERVICE, i do look if i can find a once issued license, when someone lost it. IF i find it, i send it over. In your case i DIDN'T find it.

2. If i would "burn" my computer every five minutes, i would do a decent backup. You don't and this now ends up being my fault?

3. You expect me to go through all my mails / skype / payment / sent license history to verify that what you tell is the truth? Surely, would take just 2 min as you are the only customer. Or just believe you telling the truth?

Wrong, i just don't do what you want me to do. This is the time people start usually yelling "He don't do any support" or "He doesn't care about customer satisfaction".

It's my personal weakness that i get stubborn when someone tells me what i have to do. Yes, it might be smarter to give a .... and just create a license.

noelte if you do not have much chat with the user you can simply click show old conversations on skype and scroll for 10secs and double click on the last sent file

I bought your product for several years, and always wrote and pays from same email/skrill account

In the last letter I sent the file(Request.txt which indicated the date of creation and email), which has been preserved from the time of purchase on my mail.
Payment on account skrill spend about 3 months ago and of course there is a history.

But instead, that would:
1. Open the file that I sent to you, make sure the address is almost identical
2. Find in the history of all transactions skrill from this address (look for long, because there are only a few)
3. create a new license file and send it to

You decided to send me to the dick and ignore all the channels except the Public Forum.

Following this logic, you can charge people money and send them to f*ck when they ask you to send the license, as they also say what to do

In fact you refuse to help your client with a very simple question, justifying it his "personal weakness"

... you know PlanetWin365 is on Hive?

in general, if you have a issue your first step should always be to update PokerPlaner. Most times someone reported a issue and i already fixed it.

@GileVu: i'm not allowed to post about chnages of PokerPlaner here, as it happend very frequently and it than seen as pushing the thread. I don't have a separate webpage, just have a youtube channel "PokerPlaner" and the download point. in each zip you find a changelog.txt

@yop: if you pokerclient is running on a mac using wine, so should PokerPlaner. But never tested it there

I was interested in the hand conversion part of PokerPlaner. So I suppose it doesn't matter wether the client runs on wine or not.
