I am glad I bought it and in the future I'll buy the more complete mac version.
Thanks for giving great feedback on this app, great to hear. If fellow poker players are enjoying/using the app, then it means success regardless of if it makes big or small bucks in the end.

(A copy/paste of your quotes into an app store review would be awesome, if you're write-review inclined. Reviews especially help small independent devs succeed.)

Re. the Mac-Expert version, yes, this is the version that I'm doing the biggest things in e.g. range distribution graphs, filter range, mouse-over, etc. The bigger processing power and vast screen real estate allow a lot more stuff in the desktop version. Thanks for being a fan of the app. -RJ

Hi, I just downloaded it on my google chrome book. When I open it the view is what I would expect on a phone. How do you open it to show all the features? When you look at the main page in the add it shows a lot of different features. Thanks

Hello,

>>> When I open it the view is what I would expect on a phone.

This is as expected. This app (the Android-Advanced version) is a phone app, not a desktop computer or laptop or tablet app. Hence the 5 screenshots for this app in the store are phone screenshots.

>>> How do you open it to show all the features?

You mean how do you see all of the screens e.g. the hand range editor screen? The same way as you would on an Android phone: tap/click the "Rng" button on the main screen to see/edit a player's hand range (first tap on a player to select the desired player). If your Chromebook is fully capable of running Android apps then you should/will be able to see all of the screens/features.

>>> When you look at the main page in the add it shows a lot of different features.

By "in the add" you mean the 5 screenshots in the Google Play store? Or, what do you mean? Yes you should be able to see all of these features if your Chromebook can fully run Android apps.

Can you let me know specifically what one feature/screen you can't run?
Feel free to send/email me a screenshot if needed.

Thanks,
-RJ

This customer (Duke1510) and I discussed this issue over email yesterday and I gave the resolution yesterday over email. It's been ~24 hours and the customer hasn't given closure on this issue here so I'll do so.

He wrote over email:

>>> "Why doesn't it show up on my laptop Acer Chromebook like it looks in this video on your tutorials?"

So that was the issue, this app's tutorial video on YouTube uses the Mac(Expert) version (it clearly says it's using the Mac version), and he was expecting the Android(Advanced) version to look exactly the same way with all the same features on his Chromebook.

However the Android(Advanced) version is an Android phone app, as indicated by its 5 phone-size screenshots in the Android store, not a desktop computer app (or even a tablet-specialized app). You can run it on Android tablets and Android desktops, but the screens will still look like phone screens. The Mac(Expert) version is a totally different ballgame in terms of screen organization and features.

One thing that threw me off from the start here was the "add" wording:

>>> "When you look at the main page in the add it shows a lot of different features".

By "add", i.e. "ad" (advertisement) I'm guessing now that the customer meant the tutorial video. I should have asked what "add" means right from the start (because this app doesn't have outright advertisements anywhere).
