Notes -

-Select if you use Party or Holdem Manager.
-Suspend action works with the attention queue, if you want to halt highlighting, stacking etc, enable this
-Toggle Curosr - cursor moves into the box and it's fine if you are using the window moving. The cursor will stay there until you move on - press the hotkey to close the note, the cursor will go back into the queue routine or to the middle of the topmost Party table. If you don't use 'toggle cursor it's fine to just close the note without the hotkey
- keep notes active - use if you use the other features or not.
- move window - same as previous, just moved with the rest for convenience

just tried the newest beta 2-2c out!

i checked the "suspend action" and the "toggle cursor",
left the "finish note" blank,
checked "keep party notes active"
and left the rest blank!

unfortunately this didn´t work for me!
i tried several times to type a note on a player and every time, when it was my turn to make a move on another table, the note lost focus, so i had to click on the note again, to continue typing!

i also tried "advance actions" out for the first time!
it´s a great idea and i might start using it more after i get more used to it, but i turned the "cursor move" off halfway through the sng:s, because i constantly had to move my mouse around, to figure out where "the arrow" was!
i guess i could choose to place it somewhere more obvious, so i can easily see it...

above the "advance actions" there are more settings for cursor movement!
what is the difference between those settings and the "advance actions" settings?

You probably still have Party's focus settings still on - go to Preferences in the Party Lobby and then multi tabling. Untick -

Table jumping to front at action
Table focus at action
Table stays in focus until action is completed

Actually that probably accounts for a few other things you've mentioned; their attention feature would be in a tug of war with EzCASH.

The advance buttons are in different places than the main three Party buttons - that's why it has separate co-ordinates boxes (for people who don't use hotkeys - you're folding 90% of the time with advance actions so you set it near that). Just get it placed on the felt or somewhere with a dark background.

actually i don´t have Party's focus settings still on!
all of those settings are unticked and have been for about a week or so!

tried advance actions out some more today!
it´s a very nice feature, but i i do feel a little worried when i use this!

if i have 4 tables filling my screen and the arrow automatically goes to the top left one, if it´s my turn to act on another table, it goes there, sometimes before i´ve made my move on the first table!

this could mean that i want to shove on the first table, but when i do, the arrow has gone to the next table, so instead of shoving A-A on the first table, i accidently shove 3-8 on the other table!?

these are to be considered first impressions, cause i haven´t used it so much yet!

So which tab are you trying to use to begin with - option 1,2 or 3. Do you understand that you use one tab only and set that tab up? So if you are using option one, you have everything on 2 and 3 disabled. Just wondering why your notes are losing focus, others tell me it's working fine so maybe a setting is doing it. When you said the new notes feature was losing focus, were you using 'move the cursor' in the stacker or the highlighter tab?

The length the advanced action table is active for is controlled by how many seconds you have it set to. So if it's moving on too quickly for you then increase the time. It won't wait for you to have a go, the reason being that sometimes you want to wait and see, so it will come back if you don't act after 15 seconds (if the real fold is not there by then). The idea is that you only really use it on hands where you know you want to fold, if it's a hand that you want to re-evaluate then let it pass by, wait for the real action. Once you get the hang of using it just for folding it's easy to use. You have to take into account it only ever picks an advanced table if there are no real fold buttons so there is no need to rush, if it's run too long, don't try and fold if you know it's about to move. If you are less than 6 tabling you could have it set right out at 6 seconds if you wanted, that's more than enough time.

I've put together a hotkey that brings the bottom table to the top in the main stack (avoids the slots) so that will be uploaded a bit later on.

lately i´ve been trying to use the advance actions and when i do i only have all the boxes ticked on advance actions (option 1)!

on option 2, i have "enable slots and hotkeys" unticked, so that is turned off!?
i do have "enable queu" ticked...

option 3 is untouched!
both "enable" and "disable" are unticked!

nope, i wasn´t!
just tried to type a note again and as before, the focus on the note was lost, as soon as it was my turn to act, on any table!

I'd just turn everything off on 2 and 3 - the queue on 2 is the same as the one on one - it's just there for convenience.
Does the table highlight at that point? You are using the highlighter on the same tab as advance actions, yes? I'm just trying to work out whether Party is grabbing focus or EzCASH.

Hang on Andbry, did you say you are playing on the modern layout - that would explain things . The notes is for the little notes window on the classic layout- and for busting from SNG's, those controls like Auto post and Away (post and fold) etc pop down after a while into that popup box so they aren't visible - that's why it tries to close the tables but it says when you bust in the chat, I'll sort that out tonight....
