I contacted Party after hearing this. They told me that their update would be "state of the art" and really major. The VIP support wasn't allowed to reveal anything more. I guess we have to wait and see

Looks like i can configure it to be just like the betpot script i'm currently using, plus it has loads of other useful feature on it too so good job on that!

I was just wondering what everyone's on about party poker update? I can't seem to find any news about party poker updating their software at all anywhere!

Let's hope if there is an update, that they stop tables popping up if it's your turn to act still on a table; and stop them popping up when you're only being dealt cards!

I contacted PartyBill and asked him to look at my post and give me some idea about the likely amount of changing I will need to do- he replied but didn't give me any indication (which I expected). I'm expecting a fair bit of the type of change that might effect this program, not necessarily 'big' changes.

Yeah, Party don't get it IMO. In this forum Stars has the most add on's and FTP second and they are the most popular- Party add bits on and think 2+2 types are going to jump up and down- nobody here gives a #$%%$ if they need to use scripts, buy them, whatever, they just don't want to lose $200 when the software freezes or they get ditched from the waitlist on a juicy table, I still don't think they fully understand that.

There is a new download at my blog. Uninstall your old version COMPLETELY but keep your EzCASH.ini file (sorry, can't be helped this time, lot's of code changes). Then install the new version-there are new items in the EzCASH.ini so you can't simply replace the new one with the old one. You can copy and paste the old items into the new one where you can or if you aren't confident doing that you will have to enter your keys again and erase the defaults .

-Fixed- Betting bugs where zero was being sent to the bet box.
-Added the Party HH window to the moveable window tab.
-Added a Pot Odds hotkey, push the key whe facing a call and it will be displayed in the top left corner of that table. At this stage you have to be calling a bet- I will add all in's ASAP.
-Changed, tidied and optimized the code considerably.

The free testing currently runs to 20/9/08 but it will be going longer than that for sure.

Great tool, but I notice that the odds and betting functions don't work because of our decimal system (decimal is , here).
Don't konw if I can change in the tool, or in party itself, but if so, I can't find it.

Can you give me a screenshot?

I think you need to change your regional settings in Windows. I believe that will solve the problem (don't know for sure though).

Region change doesn't work, party still displays a comma as decimal seperator.
Tool renders kind of useless because a lot of calculations are done based on a period as decimal seperator.

What happens when you try to use the mouse wheel to lift the bets up and down, does it work properly at the moment?

Also, when you type a bet into the box, what do you need to enter- eg if you wanted to bet 2,25 do you type it into the bet box with a comma like that?

Where are you from, what version of Party behaves like this?

Oh ok,you just choose the language I gather, should be ok.

* If I first setup betsizes for my mousewheel to $1 it works ok
* If I setup betsizes to 0.50, it raises with $50 (. is handles as grouping)
* If I setup betsizes to 0,50, it empties the betting amount

Indeed, normally when I bet $2.25, I would type 2,25..

I use a foreign version, but I guess because party knows I'm dutch, i have a english version, but with my own localized metrical system.

Will try to find another version with the us metrical system and let you know if there is any.

I just downloaded the dutch version and it had decimals. Maybe if you link me to the download you got this version from- I'll be able to do it, it's just the finer points that are the problem. Alternatively, what language do you choose when you install?

Can you not use the dutch version with decimals? That's what I installed a moment ago. ...
But I'd like to sort it out for you and it shouldn't be difficult. Just so that I understand, are the commas coming from Windows settings and not Party settings? If it is Party settings, what language do you choose in the installer to get the commas?
