The program mentioned in the OP was delayed for several reasons and is still in development. If you're looking for the older version that runs off PT2, it's at the top of the download page on the site.

Seriously, the screenshots are nice, and the webpage which will be ready any minute, and the public beta which needs only a few last touches will be great! I'll have to keep using HM till the London Olympics though I think
