I dunno Ive sent PM to Bobo to close this thread because I believe I am not allowed to answer in this forum anymore, I hope I dont get banned 
SkinnyStax, I believe Ive listed pros for this model and cons for immediate big payment model in my release post. First of all I believe this model is more friendly towards new players/low stakes guys. I know when I was playing 5.5$ games 100$ sounded a lot, while 30$ for 3 months, and then I can decide what I do sounded so much better. I didnt want to cut down guys who play low stakes and dont feel ready for 100$ ~ payments.
Also lets face it - its not like Ill go afk for year not doing anything about program, its in constant development and new features will be constantly added, I got a bunch planned/in development right now.
Also I am not sure about your fear of paying more than 100$, it will only affect a very small percent of users (you included I guess?) who actually play poker professionally for years. And for those guys im pretty sure 1 month pay of 8$ wont kill their business at all. Ive also havent decided with 1 year subscription fee yet, because I feel in next couple of months program will get plenty of new features so its a little unreasonable to charge for year while people are not sure what they will actually get.
Thats my current position about that. Yea its a little innovative in are of sng software, sure. I understand this surprise although I think a lot of people find it reasonable.
Anyway, I perform better calculations so.. Up to you to decide what to do. If we ask: are correct ICM calculations worth it to professional player who plans to play for years? I know the answer for me as a player.
