I've cleared all caches and updated to version 2.04.3 and still have the -1 problem. When this occurs, the hud doesn't work.
I've cut and pasted the hand histories from one of my tables that had this problem and sent them to your support.

Having it import for PS and using it for Bovada shouldn't be an issue though. If you use a different hero name for the catcher, this won't make any difference and you can have more than one auto import directory listed in the site config.

As far as the HUD overlay, it sounds like you have preferred seating setup on PS, so you can just do this the same way on Bovada as well. You need to set this in the settings of the catcher, then the settings on Bovada. If you have preferred seating on for PS on your database, and you don't have this set for the catcher, then it will show up in odd spots. So the solution is to either set those same preferred seating options in the catcher and Bovada, or just turn it off. You should be able to get both of them working ok though. But no, there's no other site you can use unfortunately.

Yeah, that shouldn't matter. I haven't heard of that happening. Are you running version 4.0 or later?

Yeah, support just sent me your e-mail. Thanks. That should have been fixed/ addressed for MTT's. I'm not having any other reports of it, but I'm going to have them look into it more.

I just created a new (duplicate) HUD profile for Bovada/Bodog. This fixed the HUD overlay issue thanks.

We've addressed those, but it's not a static issue. There's tons of slight iterations that can cause a difference. If you happen to have one, then please send any info to support and they can send it to the development team.

one consistent bug i've been noticing is that with 1 specific Bovada table, the HUD never appears. it is 25c/50c NL cash 9-max full ring table "Roses In May".

I've tested it on my system and a friend's system. Both BCC 2.04.3, PT4. The hands show up in PT4 (both under "play poker" and "view stats" tabs), but no HUD.

Yeah, one strange outstanding bug is that on some 3 word tables, the HUD is having trouble reading and recognizing it. Fortunately there's very very few of these, but it's something the developers are going to work on.

Sorry, I should say that the catcher is grabbing those hands, but for some reason PT isn't always attaching the HUD. I'm not sure why, but I'll have the developers check it out again.

I am having problem instaling/starting the 72 hour free trial of the card catcher?

It just gets stuck on screen that says loading the components and when i try to register it I don't have a serial number to enter. If I choose exit the program closes.

I would just buy if I knew for sure it will work with HM cloud and pokersnowie

I just started the trial version today and everything seems to be working fine besides the auto time bank. I clicked "enable auto" in the settings but its still won't work. The only way i can hit my time bank is on the actual card catcher program which is not ideal when you are multi tabling and trying to figure out which table you need to hit time bank on. Is there anyway to just disable the time bank feature so i can just hit the time bank on the actual table? If not can someone give me some trouble shooting ideas thanks in advance.

To use the auto timebank, your DPI settings need to be at 100%. It will work on some systems with non-default settings, but if you're having an issue, then you'd need to switch it to 100%. The table time bank isn't clickable, that's why you have these other options in the catcher itself. A HUD was not designed to run on Bovada, so the HUD overlay blocks those buttons.

How feasible would it be / do you have any intentions of looking into catching Zone hands? Obviously a hud overlay isn't necessary because of the anonymous and ever-changing tables, but I would like to be able to catch the hands and not have to import them the following day. Thanks! Yeah, I think it's going to be feasible. We're going to add it at some point here soon. We're trying to come up with some different solutions for time bank and last hand first, and other small import errors, and then work on zone support. It will happen though.

Anybody else having problems with the HUDs resetting?
It seems to happen when a new player sits down. Then all of a sudden everyone's HUDs, including Hero, resets to zero. After some time, the original HUD comes back and starts again from where it left off (not including the hands from the HUD that got reset). From this point on, it seems I have TWO HUDs. Sometimes I'll get the HUD that got reset, sometimes it goes back to the original HUD. Then it might go back to the reset HUD, back and forth.

I play Fixed Limit Holdem. I've tested it on NL Holdem and I get the same problem. I made sure to turn off game animations, using default table size, no mods, using PT4. (The notetracker notes for PT4 seem to be fine when the HUDs reset.) I have no other apps running while I play. I've used Table Tamer but don't use it while I play anymore. I vaguely remember Table Tamer saying it had to make some adjustments to the registry and/or make some changes to the Bovada poker tables? Not sure but I'm thinking it shouldn't matter cuz I uninstalled and re-installed Bovada and played without even opening Table Tamer and the problem is still there.

I'm using the latest version 2.04.3

Things I've tried unsuccessfully:
1) Stop and restart HUD - FAIL
2) NOT use preferred seating - FAIL
3) Tried changing Hero name under BCC settings - FAIL
4) Tried playing only one table - FAIL

Any ideas?
