Just registered tournaments. Seems to take quite a while for the tournament number to be picked up. Is this normal behavior for now? Any workarounds to speed it up?

FYI, I never got any hands. I checked with support and no one sent anything to me and nothing answered with attachments that I can see. New version going up any way that the developer said caught one anomaly -1 issue. So maybe this build fixes it any ways.

I was playing 2 mtts and busted one, think it went haywire right after. HUD did not change stats afterwards and had to restart.

Time bank has been back in. What version are you running? Can you update to the latest?

Hopefully this fixes plo full ring that didn't work as well as recognizing 08/plo8 are different than plo.

still having lots of problems with tournaments, tables not updating, table changes not updating, sometimes it just stops catching and i have to restart everything (about 3-6 times a day). Also, I have to shut everything down to safely use time bank as your time bank button has a 10% success rate in my experience.

Hi, I loaded 2.03.5 and would like to get back to 2.03.4 but when I click on the above link it loads the former. The newest version isn't working well for 6 max sng's. When I loaded 4 games the first hud showed up at the 10/20 level as usual, the second hud showed up at the 15/30 level, the third at the 50/100 level and the on my fourth table, the hud didn't show up until the 150/300 level when the game was almost complete. Further, the hands on each table updated slowly - every 15th hand or so.
I didn't have these problems with version 2.03.4 and would like to get back to that version.

With HM2 if you're moved, you'll sometimes have to stop and start the HUD. It's not the catcher that stops updating, it's the HM2 HUD when you're moved.

I can have a developer remote on your system about the time bank, but I think I've had over 35+ people test this now on about every possible main setup and it's been working 100%. So unless you're running a really old version of BCC, it has to be something system specific.

Nothing was changed or updated for MTT's or S&G's on this version. Make sure you're shutting down BCC between sessions so you're clearing all your cache. I don't have the previous version now. I'll try and post it later when I'm in.

Just Fyi, I ran 2 different samples of 2 9max and 2 6 max S&G's, and it worked, zero issues. And then I ran another of just all 4 6-max S&G's and it worked fine as well. I spoke with the developer about anything that might have changed between version with tournament support and he said nothing was touched on that side last build.

Limited testing on this compared to other releases, but the developers ran 289 hands of HU's with 0 errors. I ran a similar sample of 255 hands with 0 errors also. I'm going to run more here in a bit, but it looks really good so far.

What? Ok, send me some of those hands. I've run about 2.4k HU's hands now and I've not seen any issues. Make sure your previous hands are cleared when you're importing.

I cleared all caches, even did a reboot and the huds showed up timely. So clearing the caches made all the difference.
However, I'm still occasionally getting an invalid button error message and when I do, the hud doesn't show up. I'm using version 2.03.6. And I'm playing 6max sngs.

Odd... ok, can you send me any of these hands to our support channel. I haven't seen any of these still and I've run a ton of hands with this last build now. I'll have the developer look at it. He thought he resolved any remaining -1 problems.

Yes, we've discussed it. We want to tie off a few more things with the PC version first though.
