Thanks ontilt. I appreciate your feedback. There is a method to our madness here though. But bottom line is, the error rate is just about down to 0% (excluding HU's), and it's working great for cash games. Full tournament support will be the same when it's released. I'd rather have a working custom MTT Hud with one or two errors than none at all. Just for me personally. I almost never see errors when I play anymore. It's a pretty rare scenario now.

Has the error where HUDs are not showing up if you have multiple MTT or SNG tables of the same type open been fixed?

No... like I said a couple of posts ago, I'll re-post:

The MTT update is going to be delayed. It's just been the perfect storm of crap these past 2 weeks. The main developer gets sick for the last 8 days, there's a bug in the MTT update, and the other developer that needs to make the fix is moving this week.

We're trying to make it happen asap.

So just a quick update, they found the issue. The only problem is they haven't been able to reproduce or make sense of it yet. It looks like about every 730 characters or so (but a consistent pattern), there's a new paragraph line inserted into the HH, which then causes the hand not to import. If you remove this, then it will import. I may have to have someone who is running HU's a lot run a special build to get more data if these guys can't re-produce it. So if anyone could do this, I'll let you know when they have a test build.

Thanks. Before I even do that, this new build looks real good.

V2.02.2 beta - Download: http://acepokersolutions.com/poker-s...cher_Setup.exe

- New dll is integrated causing more reliable hand to table matching.
- Import issue caused by ante miscalculation in hands folded to BB in tournaments is resolved.
- HU allin hands import issues are resolved.
- Some bugs related to timebank buttons in tournaments are fixed.

We have one more issue with the tournaments to resolve, and then probably a couple of other minor quirk import issues and we'll be set!

I'm still having issues with HU hands, specifically all ins using v.2.02.2
I noticed that in the card catcher interface the tables first appeared at their table names as seen in the lobby. However, after some time 3 of the tables are now renamed #0. I have no idea if this problem would affect anything as far as import goes, but i just wanted to make you aware of it.

Yeah, I saw this #0 issue too. I think the developer already fixed it. Can you send me some of the HU's hands you're having errors with?

How do i go about doing that? The hands are already moved and processed from my HH folder in the cardcatcher directory. The hand doesn't appear in HM2 so i can only assume it wasn't written / imported.

I just played an all in hand and checked the HH file after and the the hand didn't get written. The last hand written was the hand directly before it.

For what it's worth it seems that it's always all ins that result in a person losing their entire stack and therefore, gets the "sitting out" status.

Yes, thanks. I saw another bug when I was testing it today as did another tester. It's sometimes put -1 as seat number after a large number of hands. It seems HU's is being the biggest pain.

I ran 570 hands on 4 tables today of 6-max and got 1 error. I'm running more full ring now. The developer is looking at it all and at least we know all the issues so we can test more effectively now. 6-max and full ring seem fine. Just one tiny kink to work out there.

Newest version is working really well for me overall and I'm glad I stuck with it. Thanks for the hard work!

Is there any way to run the card catcher on bovada while also playing on pokerstars? I assume I'd have to change the import name in PT4 for one of the sites. I don't need the HUD to run on Stars but just having any Stars tables up seems to confuse the catcher.

Thanks, and I'm glad! I believe you can just add the import folder of PS in PT. So you have more than one place you pick it up from. I'd have to double check on this. I know for sure you can do it on HM, but I'm not on my main system at the moment.

I'm putting up a new version here pretty soon also. Just finishing some testing on PLO. But this will fix the #0 bug, and some other HU's bugs, and imports. I ran a small sample on this one of 6-max of 322 hands with zero errors, and 185 full ring zero errors, and finishing some PLO now.

I bought the catcher just for cash games, but want the tourney catcher now as well. How do I purchase just the tourney catcher?

So under the Play poker tab in PT4, double click on pokerstars in the left hand column, and then ADD in the pop-up for the site configuration. You can have more than one directory pulled from at the same time.

V2.02.4 beta - Download: http://acepokersolutions.com/poker-s...cher_Setup.exe

I wanted to put this up to address a couple of the little bugs in that last build.

- #0 table bug fixed
- More HU's import issues fixed
- Duplicate button HU issue fixed

There are still a couple of more outstanding HU's issue. Primarily if someone busts, it thinks they are gone and a new player has sat. This doesn't happen all of the time, so they are still isolating this.

PLO test ran pretty well also. 455 hands, 4 errors, but 3 of them were on HU's tables, so it's expected. Everything is looking pretty good. A couple more minor import fixes, but overall very rare to see any import errors anymore.

After updating to the newest release, 2.02.4, I'm not having many of my opponents hands tracked in the HUD in HU matches. Hero stats seem to be showing up though. I'm also having way more hands not being written, not just all in hands. I've only played to matches so far, but i'll update you with further findings.

Just as an update, not picking up opponent stats seemed to only happen at my very first table. Also, it's missing / not writing the very last hand i've played at every table so far.

Ok, thanks for the update Warder. I think I'm just going to exclude HU's tables from the catcher and not support it. lol kidding...

I'm trying to have a sit down with both developers to go over the issues with HU's tables. They seem to just be pickier about how the data is being conveyed during bust outs. If you see anything else though, let me know. The more information the better at this point.

Ok, I'm having an odd problem here so I hope someone can help me.

I noticed this a long time ago but it never bothered me until I started playing on two sites at the same time. But now that I'm playing on Bovada and WPN, my "View Today's Hands" area in PT4 is totally messed up. I think maybe someone else mentioned this earlier too but not sure if there was a solution, too lazy to look back.

PT4 thinks the Bovada hands happened an hour before they did, but it correctly gets the hour of the WPN hands. This causes the Bovada hands to get lost in the list of hands currently being played, since PT4 assumes incorrectly that the hands just played happened an hour ago.

I checked everything and nothing seems amiss. The converted hand says the correct time (even when looking at the HH text inside of PT4), and all time zone settings are correct on my computer. Bovada client has the correct time. I can't find any other time zone settings in PT4, but it's crazy that it gets one site correct but messes up the other.

When I download the hands the next day it says the actual time it happened, but then when I import it from the hand converter PT4 gets it wrong there too. So it's not just a BCC problem.

What on earth could be causing this??
