Is the screen flashing going to be fixed in the next release? I am afraid of getting a seizure from all of this flashing.

I am having the same issues and would also like a refund as the product no longer seems to function.

I bought the package of SNGs and cash game catcher. Sometimes the product works great, majority of the time at least 1 table is experiencing errors. It's literally too many errors I could take up this whole page, sent email to support.

Cash games runs better than SNG but still very disappointed.

I really hope they get it together ASAP or I'll be requesting a full refund like the above posters as well.

You don't need to drag it each time. There's some going on with your setup.


But again, we have a current bug on some systems with it resetting the user incorrectly. The developer fixed and issue, and then caused this. This issue has been fixed. It's in testing. We're expecting a new release early this week and it should resolve these problems. I apologize that it took a little while to nail down this bug. Believe me, it's not something I'm happy about either.

On a side note, I do have another new developer on this as well. These issues will get resolved. I'm very confident of that.

See above post. I expect huge improvements by the next release and within the next couple of weeks. On some systems it works great. On some certain setups it's causing issues, and those are the ones we're narrowing down. I know this new process is going to improve those systems. I've seen the logic so I'm confident of that. But if you don't want to wait for that release I completely understand. Just contact support with your request.

I'm going to go ahead and need my money back for this software. I play primarily HUNL and this HUD is essentially worthless for me. I have given it some time in hopes that an update would fix it, but it hasn't.

Any updates on the next release?

Quick question for anyone who has the player reset issue. Do you have game play animations turned off? The only time anyone in testing experienced this is when this was not turned off. When it's turned off, this never happens in version .33.

So I'd ask everyone to double check this for now. I'm hoping in this new process we're implementing it won't matter, but for now, just turn that off and you should not experience this issue.

I'm told tomorrow, but nothing is 100%. I want to make sure there's no major issues.

I have Game Play Animations turned on. The only thing I have turned off are the following: Show Hand Strength, Show Winning Hand Animations, Rabbit Card, Use Four Colored Deck, Disable Pop to Front, Enable Fold and Show.

Yeah, you need to turn it off. That's what all of those warnings are about that you have to check and close. If you turn it off, it should work fine. I assumed that people were doing this, but that's the cause of the issue.

Ok yeah that was simple enough, that problem seems solved (at least so far).

What i'm experiencing now is the screen flashing that others are talking about as well as a stats problem. I was sitting at heads up table and my hud only seemed to display sb stats for me and only bb stats for my opponent although were were 30 hands into the match. Also, no postflop stats were updating. Is this an issue others are experiencing?

I have a new .34 version, but not putting it up yet. This isn't going to resolve some of the stat reset issues anyways. I have one of our newer guys working on this and this just along with other general improvements, it's going to be 100x better. I've been mucking around with it and it's much improved.

I should also add, the good news is that with the new version coming up anyone having flashing issues, that should be removed and a non-issue with the new release.

Hi FD, I've been having problems with PT4 viewing hands from the 10:15PM EST tourneys. I finally realized that it has something to do with the hands after they past midnight EST. The Bovada convertor converts them fine, and PT4 shows that it imports all the hands from that tourney, but when I go to try to replay all hands in review, PT4 doesn't display the ones past midnight. Can you take a look at this problem please? Thanks

This is probably just a time zone offset that can be adjusted in PT. But if you can post these questions about the converter, in the converter support thread that would be great please. Ty.

Is there one person who can confirm this software actually works for them consistently in cash games? Email support tried to tell me it works for everyone else but I'm not so sure.

@freakdaddy when can we realistically expect a finished product? I see you answer previous posts, but still tons of complaints and errors.

I started using it yesterday with Poker Tracker. As an overlay it seems to work just fine. Only thing that bugs me is you can't use preferred seating.

As a tracking software it is not reliable. For some reason it does not track hands that end up all in. While this doesn't mess with the overlay stats too bad, it is obviously a problem for tracking pnl in poker tracker.

the constant flashing gives me a seizure and gives me a headache. rather play without it imo

If you have a .34 version, can we have access to that? Even if it doesn't fix everything we'd appreciate a better version than what we're currently using while we continue to wait for a version with even more fixes.

I'll have a new version up soon. Trust me when I say I'm working on this 24/7. I've invested a ton of money and time, and I'm doing everything to get this thing working correct for every setup.

Does it work as hud, YES YES YES, as tracking all hands no .. missed hands and all in issues prevent it from working for history tracking. Bovada your only tracking your hands any way. So that isn't an issue. For history I use the converter and download my history.

Just separate your databases, use a default database to track for your overlay. It works great and provides a good set of data, though history of more than 100 hands is tough to get on a player.

Then change to a history database, where you import and review your long term history.
