Re: Ignition/Bodog Poker Card Catcher HUD

Ignition Card Catcher v2.09.2:

http://acepokersolutions.com/poker-s...up_v2.09.2.exe

- Ignition removing player ID fix

This build is to address the issue w/ Ignition's last minor update that created a missing player ID. This in turn would have one table not load a HUD.

Re: Ignition/Bodog Poker Card Catcher HUD

Does anyone else have issues with crashes using ignition card catcher crashing with PT4?

It'll just say Poker Client has stopped working or crashed (I forget the exact message). At first I thought it was a RAM issue but carefully monitoring my task manager, it wasn't. I also concluded it wasn't due to table tamer either as I stopped using table tamer and so I'm at a loss. I'm not sure what I should do? I don't think it was my connection either. One table would just turn white all of a sudden, followed by the crash and message.

Re: Ignition/Bodog Poker Card Catcher HUD

It's ignition. Check the thread here on 2+2:
http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28...light=ignition

People have seen crashes using no 3rd party apps. It started happening after their last minor update about 3-4 weeks ago. It's just more resource intensive. It doesn't happen very often. I'd just reboot your system and keep it running as clean as possible until they sort it out.

We didn't change anything of significance to the catcher in this last build, and we run long stress tests as well before all releases.

You know what, the glitch was happening to me where a hud wouldnt pop on one table too and so i saw your most recent post, downloaded the new version and it seems to have fixed the crash issues so far.

Re: Ignition/Bodog Poker Card Catcher HUD

Sorry for the triple post but let me elaborate now that my sessions over:

I'm normally a zoom player that bought the cash hold'em package that has both the converter and the catcher. Thought I'd add 2 more regular tables on top of the 2 zoom tables I always play and that's when the crash started happening. I could do some experimenting, trying to isolate variables because I'm not sure if its the addition of card catcher + PT4 reacting weirdly with ignition causing the crash, or just simply the addition of 2 more tables. It could even be my connection, though not very likely, but the client would start spiking in terms of lag and then crash usually.

If you have any insight that'd be great. Could it just be because I need a better system? Like I said it doesn't seem to be a problem as it doesn't surpass 70% CPU/RAM.

Re: Ignition/Bodog Poker Card Catcher HUD

Yeah, if you look on the main 2+2 thread link I posted, you'll see people having crashes w/ and w/o any 3rd party software running. It seems to happen when a 4th table is added mainly. It has nothing to do w/ the catcher. We run less than 25mbs and don't conflict w/ anything Ignition is doing. It's just something that is happening since their last update unfortunately and we have to wait for them to address it.

Hmm yeah I follow that thread a lot too lol

Is there any substance to the '4th table' thing? I'll try it out, I'm currently trying out 3-4 reg tables no zoom atm and seeing how that goes.

I tried to look for a few last night, but I've seen several posts where people have had crashes and people asked what they were running, and they said nothing. Most people at least have some app, but a couple of HUDless peeps said they get crashes from time to time also.

I've had it happen once to me, but generally I haven't had the same issues other people have said, and I mostly run drivehud when I play, unless I'm testing something and running the card catcher.

You can send us your logs though and we can take a look for anything that stands out. It doesn't hurt. Just click settings, click on create log, and send support the .zip file it creates. We can take a peek.

Has anyone tried the 9.2 version that had a HUD table missing? Anyone still having any issues?

Re: Ignition/Bodog Poker Card Catcher HUD

Just updated to new PT4/BCC versions and I'm trying to do a standard import and I'm getting zeroes across the board. Absolutely none of my hands are importing even though everything is setup exactly as it should be. Have never had trouble importing hands. It's like my files are invisible even though I can see them. I get the Import Complete message and nothing is happening.

Re: Ignition/Bodog Poker Card Catcher HUD

Seems like anytime I change tables in a mtt PT4 (when using the catcher) marks it as a second tournament / multi entry. Tournament number-2 or -3 ect. Not all the time but quite often. Is there a way to merge these into one in pt4? Or stop the catcher from identifying as -2? manually have to do a lot of manipulation otherwise..

Hello, the problem is persisting and i cannot figure it out. It slows down PT4 a lot towards the end of the session and is very annoying, please help me solve this. This is the configuration

the directory while catcher is running and PT4 is auto importing

the directory once you stop both

Note the hands are from playing multiple sites (no other HHs go in here and the error hands are acceptable errors from micrograming)

So you open site settings in PT4, and under ipoker you're seeing the ICC hand history directory?

There's only two reasons this would happen. 1) Site settings in Pt4 is not setup correctly and it's not pointing to the correct directory.
2) You don't have a good synch. You kept BCC open in between sessions of opening Ignition. It should generally recover, but if your system has issues I always recommend just shutting both down and re-opening. If all else fails, reboot as well.

Let me know if you've tried those things, but 1 of those 2 should resolve the problem.

Are you using the latest 9.2 version of ICC? Because this is supposed to address Ignition issue w/ them changing player ID.

The problem can't be from that directory ICC is importing from. You clearly don't have over 56k hands in there. The problem is duplicates hands that haven't been moved or archived from another site you have setup w/ PT4. Go through your site import options in PT4 for your other networks, and look to see what sites you have setup and check those directories. Once you find the site w/ those hands, move them and select to auto archive them on import.

So what I've done the last hour:

1) Verified ICC + iPoker was setup correctly and it is.

2) I created two "test" folders. One for original hands + one for converted hands. I noticed that I have not been able to successfully import since May 15, 2017. I don't have a single HH past this date. The hands past this date in my database are iPoker only (the hands I actually captured).

3) I then did the normal conversion as I normally would.

4) Upon import - all files import, duplicates are accounted for (hands that I captured during play), and then the rest are unrecognized/errors. Every single one of them. I have walls and walls of this blue "unrecognized game type" text

5) My plan was to just uninstall PT4 and ICC entirely if you thought that might help. Did a reboot, and that's when this partial import actually began. Before that nothing was happening. I have all the original files so I have tried this maybe three times and getting the same issue. Have not made any major setting changes at all and have successfully imported 100k hands and never had this issue before. I can basically only store hands whenever I play.

I hope some of this insight made sense.

No. I'm pretty confused. Are you using both ICC (ignition card card catcher), and the hand converter, or just the hand converter?

You posted in the card catcher thread so that's why I asked. I'm going to post some things you need to do for the converter in the converter thread for you. I just don't want to mix support threads.

My apologies - I didn't mean to be confusing. Everything is working properly - the hands just won't import into the database. No matter how many times I convert them or re-add the import folder. I will mess around with it and report back.

No worries... I responded in the hand converter thread and we can move the conversation there.
