CONVERTER Ignition/Bodog Poker Card Catcher HUD - Page 146 - Poker Software -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

Is there a way to use both the Card Catcher without having to use table finder and the Hand Converter with HEM2 since the hole-cards can't be seen with the newer HEM versions?

In other words, can using the Ignition Card Catcher and the Ignition Hand Converter be reconciled to work with the same version of HEM while maintaining the automatic table-finder functionality and the ability to import downloaded Ignition hands?

I just moved computers and I was able to reset my catcher for BOL but it's not working with the ignition card catcher for some reason. What should I do?

Contact support and if you have your license number, include that in the e-mail. They'll be able to get you straightened out.

Which database are you using, what version of that database? What version of the catcher?

Do you know the specifics of the game that you ran that didn't show the hud? It could be a window tilting problem or you just need to update, but need more info first.

I've noticed that I'll lose the HUD, but I can close a game and then go back into another and I usually get it back. Out of 4 windows open earlier, I had a HUD on 1, 2 and 4, but 3 was gone.

The hands still import into PT4.

It sounds like it is a PT HUD config issue. If you click on settings, click on create log, and send support the .zip file it creates we can look at your pt4 settings. I've seen this once before and it was a corrupted config. It's not a difficult fix.

This would be a HUGE plus to this app!

Right now I don't trust any of my results graphs etc in PT4 because the results are inaccurate (I'm human!). I'm really looking forward to do a purge/reset, and have this feature implemented so I can accurately track how I do in tourneys.

im getting some type of table match error. the hud will have a pop up screen asking if there is a table match (with a list of stack sizes) then it changes fairly quickly and says no match found and no hud will pop up. Usually I have not yet even posted my blind.

Is there a procedure I have to do? Or can I just start shutting down tables when I get knocked out?

Do you know where does the Catcher gets its tournament results? So I can make sure it can capture it.

The card catcher will write and record MTT results and they'll display in PT/HM. There's nothing special you need to do on your end at all.

EDIT: Sent Card Catcher BCC log from today to support, awaiting instruction

Thanks. We're checking into this. It's possible ignition did something different again w/ the table titling. So we're getting logs and looking into any possible issue. Doesn't seem like it's effecting everyone so my guess is it's a specific game/title type that is causing a problem. Not totally sure yet but we're investigating. If anyone is having the problem, the more logs we get the quicker it is to fix / address.

Good news is we finally re-produced this issue the other day. We know what the problem is, but it took awhile. It's something strange that Ignition is doing since their last update. It really makes no sense why they are, and it seems like a bug on their end. They just randomly switch where a player ID/Title is w/ the table. I'm curious if this is causing some server issues as well, and is related to the re-buy bug coming back. It would seem to make sense.

Any ways, we'll have a build here soon. It's a VERY difficult bug to re-produce, and you can sometimes play for hours w/o it ever happening.

This build is to address the issue w/ Ignition's last minor update that created a missing player ID. This in turn would have one table not load a HUD.
